I spent $100 for a family of five to eat here. Including this $17 burrito bowl. It’s been this way the last few times we ordered. My kids love Chipotle but this Chipotle gives very small portions for the price you pay. You also cannot reach the restaurant by the number on google. Only an AI ordering assistant.

The atmosphere was very unpleasant. The music was so loud, with quite offensive lyrics, that you could barely order without having to raise your head. It was 8 pm and they were already cleaning up for closing. The food was cold. We were going to eat sitting down, but we couldn’t, so we took our food to go. Terrible service.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The employee making my bowl had a very bad attitude from the start. She was rolling her eyes while taking my order and seemed annoyed the entire time.
When I asked for extra chicken (which I was paying for), she acted like it was a problem. I had to repeat myself and say “extra chicken please,” and when she finally added it, she basically tossed it in the bowl and still gave me barely any food.
Customer service makes a big difference, and the attitude alone made the experience uncomfortable. If someone is paying for extra portions, they should actually receive them without feeling like they’re inconveniencing the staff.

I get what its like to be worked and busy, but disrespecting my food and not even giving me the proper acknowledgement through both the app and in store where I can actually pick up my order is stupid. I watched Mutiple people pay and get served when I ordered online waited 45 mins wondering when my order was going to be avaliable through the app and never got a notification or told I have to tell somone when Im coming for it instead of going to the pick up shelves that is listed on the app. The most backward experience I’ve seen and they didn’t even wrap my burrito correctly

i absolutely love this chipotle my bowl is always so perfect and if you’re nice to the workers of course they’re going to be nice back. you can’t walk in there with an attitude and expect to be served nicely. i never order online so i can’t talk about my experience with online orders but please and thank you go a VERY long way. this chipotle is also the first location i tried chipotle for the first time at!! love this chipotle & all the girls that make my bowl so delicious i even drive a total of 50 minutes round trip to get my bowl here!

The employees were attentive and very nice. Unfortunately there wasn’t a clean table. Some tables still had trash sitting on them. The drink dispensers were empty and the utensil counter was dirty. I took the only fork available. All of the trash cans were full and over flowing.

This Chipotle feels like it’s the redheaded stepsister of the others. The staff is wonderful and friendly! But the care given to the actual cleanliness, upkeep, and food prep is lacking. There is tons of cross contamination in all the salsas – sour cream dollop in the midum salsa, piconde gallo in the corn, corn in the sour cream. The Chipotle drinks dispenser, not the soda, the Chipotle lemonade, hibiscus tea, etc looks like it has been out of operation for a long time. I just feel like part of going to Chipotle is the fact that you exactly what you are getting, and this location was a major let down on that. The cross contamination is honestly the most concerning. Oh and they don’t drain the beans so you gets a whole bunch of bean water in your burrito making it soggy

Food was decent, help was sub par. Went about 2 hours before close. They were out of half the stuff, when the server asked the kitchen guy if there was any carne asada left he told her he would have to drop some, but then didnt bother. Got the chicken which ended up being dry as it sat in the steam table for quite some time. They also said oh we are out of lettuce, which tends to be the most abundant item in chipotles. Was just super lazy service. So chipotle needs to up their wages to attract better workers, as the current ones are operating at a less then $12 an hour motivation level.

I don’t know why the rating is low. The staff is efficient, generous with the quantities and the food quality seems good too!!! Giving it a 4, so the tables are wiped more regularly, but other than that.. no complaints!!

Surprised that the reviews are true, they were out of half the ingredients. Whole experience was kinda weird. Don’t blame the employees, the need to be better supplied.
