The employee (Paola Tapia) greeted me and was very polite throughout the whole process. Radio with American classic was playing in the background.
The place was not busy and so my order of Texas double whopper and nuggets was ready in no time.
The whopper was one of the most carefully built I ever had! The bun was not squished, patties and all ingredients were neatly placed and evenly spaced. Only a few lettuce pieces were outside but it’s totally fine. Amazing!
Also the place is very clean.

This location is a few blocks from me so I go there at least once a week, but never again. Over the last 2-3 years, the younger 2 managers/shift lead have made this location a 50/50 chance at having a normal fast food experience. I went in there to order a meal and the manager/shift lead was super combative, aggressive and gave me the dirtiest looks. All I did was order a whopper with cheese meal. She acted like I did something wrong. She huffed and scoffed pounding on the keypad entering my order. The rest of the crew watched smiling and laughing at the managers display of disgust at taking my order. I would never return to this location. For the manager to behave this way. For her to teach the crew that this behavior is acceptable and encouraged at this burger king location is alarming. No visible name tags and so bold that in other reviews they displayed horrible behavior and didn’t hide their name tag, its because they know nothing will happen, BK corporate doesn’t care about its customers. My food was half cooked, fries cold, burger cold and refused to refund me. Just go somewhere else, if enough ppl stop visiting maybe owners or corporate will make some changes at the location and terrible managers/shift leads can be removed or relocated and this location can go back to being a regular dependable BK.

I ordered two tacos no cheese extra salsa. After waiting a couple of minutes I was told that they accidentally put cheese on the tacos and they would make me fresh ones so I should pull up to the front of the building. I did exactly that received my new tacos without cheese but found out when I got home they did not add the the salsa. I called the store and after about 10 attempts someone finally answered. I let them know what happened and they agreed that I should come back some other time and pick up two tacos with the salsa. I attempted that yesterday when they told me that condiments missing weren’t reason enough to give me the two tacos so they wanted me to pay. I said something rude and pulled away. I’ve given this place so many opportunities to do a good job and produce good food and they just haven’t. Whoever owns this franchise is losing a ton of money by the incompetence of the people hired. I hope my review makes you guys happy. Merry Christmas

We were searching for the SpongeBob meal and this location had them! Perfectly executed, hot, fresh food. There were two wonderful kind women working there who went above and beyond. And when I say I had a hard day that day on top of shoveling myself out of a Chicago winter storm, their kindness and sprit made the difference that day for me. The SpongeBob meal made my son’s day too!

Pulled up to the drive through and asked for a number 8 with no drink. Of course the person taking my order gave me attitude and told me that it’s not a number 8 because I’m not ordering the drink. Then asked me if I wanted anything with an attitude and being rude. I repeat myself and she stated that how many wraps I wanted. I told her as many as number 8. She than repeated to tell me that I’m not ordering the number 8 because I’m not getting the drink. I asked her for her name and and she stated you can pull up and see my name. So I did. Got to the window and she told me if I wanted anything I told her the same thing what I had asked for at the intercom box and I repeated my self again and I told her my order and I asked for her name and she pointed at her sweater and said that’s her name. “Ale” that was the rudest service ever. I will never go back there because clearly she doesn’t understand customer service and has no manners towards customers. If she doesn’t like her job she can quit. I even told her that her job isn’t hard to do. The rudeness from her never again.
I will be contacting corporate for this bad behavior and rude approach from the cashier. Very upsetting. Why even work if you’re going to have an attitude and be rude.

I placed the order online at 9.03 pm and got the order at 9.20 pm. Waiting time was 17 minutes.
There were 4 cars infront of me, they all stopped the engine during the waiting.
You should keep more staff.
I am regular customer and these girls working well. You should care more about the customer waiting time.

Probably the best BK Whopper I have had since I was eight. Hot, fresh, toppings as ordered. My meal seemed to be a model for what Burger King burgers should taste like the prices on the drive thru menu are outdated and I paid ~$2 more than expected

Stopped here for a late dinner on the run… the person taking my order had no idea what a King Jr double cheeseburger meal was… I had to explain it twice… the upside at Burger King is that the regular burgers are so large that the kids meal is the healthy choice and the right size for an average adult… apparently, they don’t sell the Jr meals often enough to know what it is, but it’s good food and hot fries!
