Great little restaurant near the stockyards. It was fresh delicious and felt like my grandmother made the homemade tortillas! The service was perfect and the atmosphere was perfect just a little small. They have about 5 or 6 tables. I highly recommend and it is our favorite go to restaurant from now on.

First time here and wow was it grand- the waiter set the vibe, plenty of energy with the happiest smile. This mom and pop spot is a hidden gem..I had the Piccadillo Chili Rellenos that melted in my mouth and pop excitement with the red salsa. The inside is very clean with beautiful bright colors. I did see the cook bringing the food to life…I love this place!!!

My first time here & I felt that I was at home with family. The employees are so kind. The waitress checked on us several times. The Mendo & the chorizo with papas was delish. I recommend everyone enjoy this place as much as we did.

This is a small restaurant and the parking is small too but the food is so good and the lady serving is nice and welcoming. I loved the flavor, I got 2 al pastor tacos and 1 chicharrón, omg the chicharrón was spicy and tasted so good!! The rice falta de savor but it was still. I will come back to try more. My total was $10.82 with tax & without tip.(I tipped btw lol)

The salsa is how I judge the Mexican restaurants I love. La Abuela Regina has been in business over 15 years. The salsa is really good except you have to order them they are not complimentary. They serve authentic & Tex-Mex food. They speak Spanish & English.
