The women who helped us were very sweet and welcoming. The tea was so good, especially the passion fruit and apple cider. The food was delicious, they came out and explained each tier and answered any questions we had. 10/10 absolutely plan on coming again

My sister and I had a lovely experience at Sarah’s for my birthday just recently. We were greeted at the door by a sweet young lady who also helped us with our tea selections and who insured that we were having a fantastic time. The Paradiso Peach tea I chose was so delicious I drank my whole pot and my sister, who got the lavender lemonade tea, was similarly impressed with her choice. Every bite I took from the savory to the scones to the dessert was so yummy I almost asked for a recipe for each. Overall, we had an amazing experience and truly felt like ladies having afternoon tea. Thank you to the amazing ladies that we spoke to for making my birthday (and my first afternoon tea service!) feel very special.

Wonderful experience and food during high tea. The place is nicely decorated and the food so good. The owner greeted us upon arrival and was very welcoming. The price for high tea was very reasonable. The servers were top notch. It is great to have this establishment in Sumter. If you’ve not had the experience of high tea you are missing out. Lunch is also offered at this lovely establishment.

Amazing food, tea, and experience. I went here on a date with my boyfriend and it was such a nice experience. He had no experience with tea and loved their blueberry black! I got their long island strawberry green tea and it was phenomenal. We are both picky eaters so coming to a place with a preset menu was a bit out of our comfort range, but we made it a point to try everything and it was all obviously made fresh to order with much care and love, and most importantly, delicious! We definitely plan on coming here again as the service was amazing, even while there was a larger party having an event, Katina still made it a point to check in on us and answer any questions we had. 🙂 Would recommend Sarah’s Southern Tea Room to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience yesterday. I brought my mother in for an early Mother’s Day. Despite the fact that there was a mix-up on the date that was reserved, we were accommodated. The food was delicious and everyone bent over backwards make sure we had a great experience despite the mix-up. Thank you again for everything!

We had my daughter’s birthday party here and it was lovely. We had the space to ourselves; booking was very easy over the phone, the food was delicious and there were so many choices in tea. All the staff were polite and kind going as the parties pace and always offering more tea. Ms. Bettina, the owner was friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Sarah’s southern tea room for delicious food and fabulous tea.
