World of Beer in Trinity is a great spot to hang out if you’re looking for variety and a relaxed atmosphere. The beer selection is honestly incredible, with options you don’t normally see elsewhere. Everything I tried was fresh and poured just right, and it’s clear they put effort into keeping a wide range of choices for every type of beer drinker. If you enjoy trying something new, this place definitely delivers on that.
The food was also really solid. It’s not just typical bar food, but dishes that actually have flavor and pair well with the drinks. Portions were fair, and the quality was better than I expected. You can tell the menu is built to complement the beer list, and it worked perfectly for our table.
The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because of the service. For the time we visited, it wasn’t very crowded, yet the service moved slower than it should have. It took longer than expected to get both drinks and food, which was surprising considering how few people were there. Once things arrived, everything was great, but the waiting took away from what could have been a perfect experience.
Overall, it’s a spot I’d definitely come back to for the amazing beer selection, good food, and easygoing vibe. With slightly quicker service, it would be an easy five-star experience.

Recently went to WOB with family to watch the Bucs game. We sat outdoors as we had our small dog. When we arrived, we were promptly seated at a long high table that had two TVs so that everyone at the table could watch. I asked if the Bucs game would be on all TVs and I was told yes. But when the game started only one TV had game on and the waitress said they couldn’t change it. So we had to sit at two different tables to watch the game. We later asked another waitress if they could change one TV so that we could all sit together and she was able to get it done.
The waitress was fair. She was nice, but slow. It took forever to get refills on our drinks.
But the biggest issue we had was that the dishes were dirty. Glasses were dirty and the appetizer plates had food residue on all of them.

Absolute 10/10. The food came out hot and the bottomless mimosas were awesome. We will definitely be back and bringing friends! The service was top notch as well! See ya next time WOB!

Our waitress Danielle was wonderful — friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Christian, the manager, also checked on us and was so kind. You can really tell they care about their guests. We’ll definitely be back!

World of Beer is one of our absolute favorite places to go after a workout! It’s the perfect spot to relax and refuel. Their brunch selection is awesome, with so many great options—but the chicken and waffles are hands down one of our favorites and a must-try.
The beer selection is fantastic with tons of variety, and we really appreciate that they also offer delicious non-alcoholic drink options that don’t feel like an afterthought. The service is always friendly, attentive, and consistently great, which makes the experience even better. Fun bar/restaurant in Odessa. The food was very good quality shared ab appetizer and an entree. There is no shortage on types and choices of beers. Jarod was very helpful in our selection process and let us have tasters as needed. We wanted to try local IPAs and a couple were good and a couple were a bit malty for typical IPAs. The peach cobbler sour had a bit too much going on for my taste. The black raspberry sour was great. Fun place to try a good variety with food that pairs well.

We hosted our sons rehearsal luncheon at WOB Odessa. Our servers Ari, Tatiana and Robert were phenomenal. They hustled hard and took care of all of our guest without missing a beat. The food was so good! We had pretzels, salad, wings, steak cali bowls, beer brined chicken, mac and cheese balls, tots and street corn.
The manager, sadly I forget his name, was always checking on us too.
I would highly recommend this restaurant for luncheons and dinner parties.
