I’ve been a loyal Pizza Hut customer for a long time, but after my recent experiences, I won’t be ordering from them again. I originally received a credit for a pizza that was made incorrectly, but when I called to use it, the manager informed me that the credit had “expired” after 30 days. Something that was never mentioned at the time it was issued.
To make matters worse, the delivery before that was sent to the wrong address altogether. Tonight, I placed another order and simply requested that they add the extra pizza that had previously been credited, a fair and reasonable request, yet I was met with the same unhelpful attitude. When I spoke with an employee named Sky, she acted like checking for the credit was an inconvenience, and once I explained the situation, she became rude and defensive.
I’ve been in the food service industry for over 20 years, and calling to complain or writing negative reviews is not something I ever do. In fact, I usually only write positive ones. But the level of unprofessionalism here is absolutely ridiculous.
Between the repeated mistakes, poor communication, and lack of accountability, I’m extremely disappointed. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this location to anyone. Sam’s bar & grill down the street has great pizza & customer service & will be getting my business tonight.

The employees at pizza hut off Fm Rd 1187 and rendon are so sweet and polite and have alott of patienc. We need more employees like them to change the atmosphere.. God bless them and their crew.

I’m a little annoyed. Only 3 miles from my house and my pizza was cold and delivered like it was thrown in the box (pizza looked like it was dropped or something) Pizza hut always seems to be a hit or miss wit’sits quallity. kids’ personal pizza’s seemed fresh hot, so that’s good. The mini cinnamon bites were AMAZING!!!!

I don’t often write reviews online, I worked food service, I understand things happen. But it has been time and time again that I order Cheese sticks from this location and get mostly bread, for a while they were being done right, and all of a sudden here we are again. Love their pizza but this is just ridiculous, menu items shouldn’t be a gamble.
