This place is very good! The mango is absolutely delicious.. The service is friendly and quick. The store is designed really well with a wall dedicated to post it notes with visitors’ names on them. Definitely recommend!

I’m dropping my review for now, in general it is not a bad place at all. BUT… A lot of things are out of stock for long amounts of time and I’ve noticed stuff having less flavor and all of their syrups are slowly transitioning to powders which is less flavorful and ruins the taste for some drinks. Again, not a bad place, never has been. If there’s a plan to cut costs, that may not be the best move. I know I’m not a critic or in any place to demand things or act like I own the joint, I’m just stating what I’ve noticed, even if it does NOTHING. I still enjoy this place, but I must distance from it for now :(. Also, the workers seem nervous or just unable to focus well. I’m not sure what’s going on, but something’s changed and it’s not for the better.
Originally I was very very pleased and excited about coming to this juice bar, it was my favorite!! Now I have plans to practice making it from home, I hope this changes.

Let’s start with the health violations. Everytime I’ve came in there has been A TON of fruit flys and a fly trap hanging above where they make the drinks. I have also notice mold on the walls and in the blenders and the floor is falling a part. There is one employee that I notice frequently and they are extremely rude. I have experienced them talking bad on other customers while I was in the store and reading off bad reviews to customers… I would say that is bad for business. I have noticed they sit on their phone while there are people at the register and their coworkers is swamped with orders. I also have personal experiences with the management being awful and heard the employees speaking horrible things about him. (Not getting paid is the one that stood out the most to me.) They are always out of everything and it seems that no shipments come in for months. It would be different if the employees were nice about it but they aren’t. This store is sad and the management needs to know about it but let’s be honest they probably won’t care.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place has went downhill so quickly it’s laughable. They have been completely out of popping boba and countless other options for days and weeks. Prior to the new owner they had 10+ options of popping boba to choose from. Not only have the drink options dwindled but the customer service is trash now. The mall really should end their contract with this place! Steer clear!!

So this has happened twice in a row. The young lady with very short hair, it’s currently pink, is extremely rude. She also isn’t dressed appropriately to be at work. Maybe dressed for bed. The other young lady was extremely busy making other customers drinks and she ( short haired girl) barely acknowledged us. The other worker even asked “are you back from break? Why not take their order?” We thought we got lucky because she wasn’t up front when we got here but lo and behold here she came. The drinks are fine but the customer service is crap !!! The woman with the black hair was great, other one definitely not!!!!!!
