As a pregnant woman I can not express how much I appreciate the absolute full send of the exuberant amount of mayonnaise. I absolutely loved this experience. We were returning from a long road trip to Lexington and randomly decided to stop at this location.
The customer service was better than the food, and the food was fantastic. I’ve had Jersey Mike’s plenty of times from our local store (which great), but this was somehow better.

The gluten free subs are amazing. I have a gluten allergy and it’s so hard to find places that take that seriously. The crew is amazing and works really hard to keep me safe. They have so many different choices I eat there atleast 6 days a week. Lunch or dinner, it’s always made right and with special care. I can’t brag enough about the crew. Thank you to the whole crew for keeping me safe and thank you for honesty just caring. Lots of places don’t!

This location is consistently bad. Sandwiches are never right. I asked for no lettuce and tomatoes, not only once, but twice, and based on the sandwich, the wrapper, and the bag, it was given an entire head of lettuce, out of spite. To the person who responds to these reviews—don’t bother responding with your usual line, “we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again,” because you will not.

Staff was super nice and clean. My order was wrong despite the q and a about chicken vs steak philly. Not only was it inaccurate, the sandwhich was not good. Not enough chipotle. Bread was not as fresh as other locations, and the chicken was dry. I have had Jersey Mikes at around 6 diff locations and this is my first bad experience. Normally I shrug it off, but 20 bucks is a lot for mediocre food.

Just got back from ordering a Super Sub. Ham Capicola and prosciutto. There’s a couple pieces of ham and one thin thin layer of I think Prosciutto. That’s it!!! 17.00
