Pizza Hut didn’t have a driver when we wanted to order pizza so we gave Papa Johns a shot. Got told delivery would take 30 minutes. Order was placed around 6:25pm and arrived around 7:20ish. We waited close to an hour for a pizza that came hardly even warm. It was cold by the time I put it on my toddlers plate and sat down to eat. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again. Very disappointing. It would seem the standards have changed for the worse since I worked there. At least the pizza tasted okayish

Update: Delivery has taken an hour and a half or more for my last several orders. Canceled our order last night after waiting almost two hours. Not sure we will be ordering as frequently anymore an hour and a half or more for delivery is unacceptable.
We’ve ordered at least once a week every week since they opened and so far it has been great! Pizza is good, employees are great, and most of the time it’s delivered within 30 minutes.

Have always loved Papa Johns but after tonight that all changed. The pizza was cold and undercooked. The cheese on the pizza was not even melted. I was very disappointed. I’d been better off going to little Caesar’s pizza. Their pizza is actually better and you come out better money wise because their pizza is half the price as Papa John’s. My husband picked up the food and while he was in there he witness bad customer service. To be a new business you would think they would go the extra mile for their customers but that is not the case. I don’t see how this Papa John’s is going to stay in business. They need to change before it is too late.

We’ve ordered about once a week since they’ve opened and it’s SO nice to finally have a good pizza place in town! The employees are always friendly and helpful, service is fast. My pizza is usually hitting the oven before I can even get dressed and ready when I walk in the door. Delivery is fast and dude is polite. Everything we’ve ordered actually looks close to their commercials and is always hot and fresh. If the employees didn’t see nice, they may be reacting to your tone of voice bc I hear how y’all talk to food workers .

Drove to the location 20 min after ordering, it wasn’t busy, they hadn’t even started making my order but claimed it was “in the oven.” Had to wait another 10 min for it to cook and they made the pizza with regular crust instead of stuffed crust so I overpaid for it. First off we love Papa Johns. But we’ve had our last 3 orders messed up and the employees have a very poor attitude about helping our customers with issues and it seems like we’re not alone. So make sure you open and check your pizzas and make sure they are right and warm. Come on guys get it right!!
