If you love Indian food and pizza, this place is a must-try! The fusion is done so well—bold spices, generous toppings, and perfectly cooked crust. The butter chicken, achari, and paneer pizzas were amazing. Try the Thums Up drink! It’s a great choice – bold, fizzy, and pairs perfect with spicy Indian food. Pizza Twist just opened recently, so decided to swing by and give it a try. Now mind you, I’m a fan of Italian, Indian and Mexican foods (it’s technically pizza twist & taco twist, however, taco portion isn’t quite ready to open yet), but to infuse all that together? I may have been a little skeptical. But knowing the owners also own Masala Twist Indian restaurant down in the harbor, and knowing it is absolutely some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had, I was open for the cross over ethnic infusion adventure and popped in to grab some food to take home to the family.
Didn’t know really what to order, but I do like pesto, so grabbed a medium pesto chicken pizza. Mr. Navi, who was helping me decide what to get recommended the butter chicken pizza so, I said let’s do that one too! And, juuuuust in case I ordered a standard deep dish pepperoni. Knowing my kids like buffalo wings, grabbed a 12 piece curry chicken boneless wings as well.
Then the owner Sonny showed up as usual with his signature smile and happy demeanor. Knowing I like spicy, but dint get any spicy because the family doesn’t do spicy too much, he said he had to make me a special pizza, spicy. Didn’t catch the name but it was a chicken and Jalepeno, red onion and a couple sauces that looked (and eventually tasted) like an Indian pizza bbq chicken infusion…fantastic!
Settled up and headed home with ample food for comparable price’s to other typical pizza places and waaaaay less than a certain pizza place down the street.
Got home and dug in! The mix of Indian and Italian was not overwhelming or shocking at all. The pesto chicken was smooth and light. The butter chicken had a hint of curry and sauce but again, not overwhelming, the standard pepperoni was just as good as any other take out place and the special Jalepeno chicken pizza did in fact remind me of a fancy bbq chicken pizza. The buffalo boneless chicken wings were cooked to perfection, crispy on outside, juicy on inside, nice amount of heat with two sauces over the top that gave off more of a sweet and spicy taste than a curry taste as the name would lead you to believe. All in all, great food! We will definitely be back and can’t wait for the taco side of it to open!
Don’t let the adventure of mixing types of food together keep you from swinging by and grabbing an Indian / Italian infused pizza or two. I don’t think you’ll regret it!

Ordered pizza for pickup, ready in 20 min and was incredible. Had the paneer Achari pizza and it was so delightfully spicy and uniquely flavored. Also had the Tikka masala pizza. Loved both but the achari is where it’s at

We had catering for a Christmas party at my work and they were nice enough to take a big order even though they had just opened. We tried the pizzas, pasta and wings as well as samosas. Everything was delicious. I would recommend! ☺️

Y’all they have AMAZING vegan options. This was my first time trying an Indian pizza and on my god it was so good. I had the chicken tikka masala pizza and I can’t wait to work my way through the various vegan pizza options they have. It’s nice to finally have a place that offers vegan cheese as well as vegan ranch.
