This photo is supposed to represent what you receive, when in reality you will actually get what is in the other photo.
No gooey cheese stretching between slices! And I even ordered extra cheese!!
I ordered from them twice in one month, hoping the first disappointing pizza was just a fluke. But since the second pizza was just as disappointing, I have come to realize that you can expect to be disappointed every single time you order from them.
Maybe they don’t realize that pizza is supposed to come with cheese??
Only good thing I can say is that the cheesy bites crust had a lot of flavor to them.

I ordered the triple treat box for my family for dinner and when we received the order it was completely wrong. I did not receive the cinnamon rolls and the crust was thin crust but i ordered original pan that i paid extra for per pizza. If this was just a $15 order i would have probably just let it go but i paid $29.18 plus $5 tip and everything was cold.
I tried calling 10 times to get this fixed and just wanted what i ordered but no one would help me, they would either transfer me to the store and no one would answer the phone or they would put me on hold for a long time, i even had1 customer service rep hang up on me because he didn’t feel like dealing with it. There was another rep that said she put a complaint in and they would call me back within 10 minutes but no one did. This ruined my entire night, i felt completely disrespected by all of the customer service reps and Pizza hut in general. We ended up eating the disgusting food only because we had no dinner to eat.
I have my call logs of calling right after i received my order and i took some pictures.
The store location is at Biddulph plaza in Brooklyn Ohio.

Transferred order to door dash. Forgot 2 liter of pop. Driver refuse to go back and get. Wanted me to reach out to pizza hut to resolved. They refused to have one delivered because they have no driver. Most they would do is credit my account. They didn’t take my information until I asked them if they wanted it. Hopefully my account will be adjusted. I will be awhile before I will go through them again.

Should have looked at reviews before ordering.
Ordered a pan pizza, and these photos make the pizza look good compared to what I got.
I expect pan pizzas to have a crisp golden brown crusts. Which is the exact reason I ordered a pan pizza instead of a hand tossed.
What I received was a floppy undercooked oil soaked pizza. I called and requested a refund, and was told I would have to drive to the store with my delivery order. In hindsight, I wish I would’ve. Instead, I requested a replacement pizza. These photos are of the replacement pizza. The original was slightly worse but both pies were simply gross.
Getting back to back undercooked pizzas tells me that’s how this place rolls, and I’m fine never ordering from them again.

Placed an order around 3:15, didn’t arrive until 5:22pm. Whole order is cold and looks disgusting. Called the store in biddulph plaza just for a guy to answer, I requested to speak with a manager. He puts phone down, asks for manager, lady asks him what do I want, he comes back to phone and says he’s the manager. Never answered the phone with the company greeting. Very unprofessional, food is disgusting.

7-23-22 about 5:00PM I asked how much for a large pepperoni pizza, She said $19 dollars I said that is way too much. We have a special large 3 topping pizza, for $11 Dollars so I can get tipple Peperoni for $11 dollars, now that price sounds right. I picked it up at about 5:00pm, when I got home and looked at it I noticed it was smaller than I remembered, a large is suppose to be 13″ and it was 12″ and there were about only eight pieces of peperoni on the whole pizza and none under the cheese, I ordered a 3x the peperoni pizza. The crust had about two inches from the edge nothing on it no sauce, cheese nothing. I called them and told them I will never get a pizza there again at there location 7002 Biddulph, Rd Brooklyn, Ohio 44144 . Now I know why they do not put there address on there recipe. #032812 I would give this place no star rating, but I had to give it one to be able to post it.

This is the worst Pizza hut I have ever been to/ordered from. The phones are always down, when I try to order online through the website it never works, go into the location to order and they never honor the same deals or coupons as online does.

I ordered a family dinner box with a pepperoni and bacon pizza and barbecue chicken for the other and somehow they managed to put bbq sauce on my pepperoni and the marinara on the chicken. In what world does that even sound good? You can see clear as day in the picture what is wrong.
