I’m celiac and was able to eat here anxiety-free!! The employees were super educated and helpful with their allergy protocols, and walked me through step-by-step of how they’d prepare my food. Separate prep station, new gloves, fresh ingredients & utensils, and clear labeling! They went out of their way to make me feel safe ❤️ quick and easy stop off I-40!!!

Great place to get a sub. The meatball sub is by far my favorite. The steamer is the only sub they have that I personally don’t care for, but that is probably just my taste. I don’t like my sandwich to be wet. If you need a change of pace from Subway, then this is the place to go.

Check your subs if you get a to go order. We didn’t find out until we got home that my daughters meatball sub was completely burned. The bread and the meatballs were burned so bad, it was inedible. The fact that the person who made it thought it was ok to still serve it is beyond me.

I did not get the gentleman’s name but he served me one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Me and him were talking he had just graduated from school and everything and he was in sports just like I was in school he was very nice walk me through the whole Firehouse subs because I’ve never been there before. It was awesome though the meat tasted real the bread was super soft and fresh the veggies were nice and crisp and delicious everybody there was super sweet and very helpful. I give a great big thumbs up and five stars for these guys because they really were working hard and they were nice and helpful and their food is awesome the sandwich that dude made was wonderful I’m definitely going back.

For the first time in years, I am disappointed in Firehouse Subs. The service was slow. People waited at the pick up station without any acknowledgement whatsoever. My sandwich was not toasted or steamed or whatever the other franchises always do. They charged me for garlic toast and extra cheese, which were nowhere to be found. Overall, it was just blah. Thankfully we are traveling and I don’t have to eat here again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very sweet to my son, giving him a hat and letting him try on the real firefighter equipment. The sandwiches were delicious and everything was very fresh. They have patio seating that was perfect as we travel with our dog.
