Idk what happened today but bring back the cook you’ll had before. Ive ordered honey hot wings from this location often and these are NOT honey hot. They are not extra crispy like I asked for them to be, the flavor taste like mild hot sauce and the chicken itself smells old. Im tired of paying money for disgusting food. Customers should be able to get a refund for terrible food that we are PAYING for.

I order from here regularly and I was very displeased by the incident i experienced a week ago. I ordered a 8 piece mild with lemon pepper sprinkles. When I received my meal there wasn’t any lemon pepper sprinkles on the wings. The cashier kindly asked the cook Max can he add the lemon pepper sprinkles. His response was it lemon pepper near her with the condiments. I stated it is but the way I ordered is the way my food should be received. I tasted the wings and they then tasted like barbecue. Asked the cashier could she have him do them over properly. He fussed with her before he finally remade the wings and can you believe he then again did not add my lemon pepper sprinkles once again. So unprofessional and so rude. The only reason I gave a 3 star because the cashier was very pleasant and completely understood my concern. But Max was rude over something that was very simple for him to do.

I purchased a 15 pc combo which was $19.97 yesterday afternoon and got wings that were so small that shouldn’t be call a wings. American Deli has cooks that can count because my order was short on the 15 pc. I went back inside to address the issues. The waitress was rude, no customer service skills. The only thing she said was I’m just the cashier and the wings supply had small wings. American Deli, like Touchdown raise their prices and take no regard to selling small wings with bad customer service and think it’s ok. This issues has happened at other American Deli’s in the area so finally decided to write the review.
American Deli and the like NEED TO DO BETTER! They need to check their suppliers since they want to blame them for their lack of not taking responsibility for serving poor quality. Also, they need to train their employees on customer service and teach their cooks how to count!

There are wing places all over in this neighborhood. So I’ve decided to taste a whole bunch of wings in the next couple of weeks. This place is supposedly known for their wet lemon pepper wings the flavor is really good and they definitely are wet! Not much in presentation. The service was quick and the place is basically a huge space to wait for your food nobody really eats there it seems. There was plenty of parking available outside. I thought by the name I would go in and get a corned beef sandwich.It was on the menu but that was the only deli item. So I opted for the wings.

It was a bug once I flipped my shrimp over SMH , I contacted the manager. But he didn’t do a thing. DO NOT EAT AT AMERICAN DELI SOUTH DESHONG 3-2-24!!!

I did a doordash order and paid extra for flats. On the door dash app it says 6 flats only for 1.50 extra…my mom in law loves flats so i ordered it. I called to request all flats as she does not eat drums… lady said once you request flats its for the whole order and not partial. I asked her to verify and she said she did all the wings were flats. Out of 20 wings only 6 were flats. Waste of money and time.

Never have I ever had wings that taste this bad. I ordered 1/2 hot honey and 1/2 honey garlic. Didn’t receive the honey garlic but the wings I did receive were awful the wings were soooooo salty they weren’t even edible. They also tasted like dish washing liquid just weird! Never again.

y’all this was the worst american deli i had in my life and u ain’t even exaggerating the only thing that was good was the fries . first the wings is pinky sized they taste like beef jerky ion even think this real chicken. then the staff is horrible girl at the register acting like she can’t hear maybe if she took the airpods out she’d hear what we was trying to say . i should’ve just stuck with my regular panola road american deli

This South Deshong location is very skimpy and stingy with the shrimp. Ordered a large shrimp fried rice and only receive about five shrimp… tiny ones at that.
