I had such high hopes! Wanted something different for dinner and decided to check it out and when my mom seen they served Reubens she definitely wanted to try it out. Their menu is pretty good looking and it has a pleasant smell to it, that matters to me! As a north easterner I’ve learned not to try everyone’s Philly cheesesteak so instead I chose to go with another favorite, a meatball sub; which was listed as being made with real meat. I know bread when rolled into a ball when I taste it, but even worse than that it was burnt and while I could’ve fixed the taste of bread there is nothing I can do about the taste of burnt marina sauce.
My mom got her Reuben and was actually commenting on how good it was and how she was pleasantly impressed with the quality of the meat…until she bit down on what looks to be a piece of wood. While I’m quite certain this won’t be everyone’s experience and praying that my thoughts are wrong as to why it was ours, we definitely won’t be back to try it again.

My daughter and I enjoyed s great lunch here . Very nice folks at the counter and a casual feel. The Reuben was delicious and Carolina chips were a perfect side . A return trip with family is in the future.

This was my very first time here at The Sandwich Factory. The service was great. I got 3 of the Ruban sandwiches, one for me, my wife and mother in law. I do believe this is one of the best Rubans I have ever had. I highly recommend stopping by and grab one of their many sandwiches. I will gladly stop by again and again.

I’ve traveled across the country, and I can confidently say The Sandwich Factory in Conyers, GA is one of the best local spots I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. From the moment you walk in, the owner and her staff make you feel like family. Their kindness and professionalism stand out—and the food? Absolutely phenomenal.
We started with the Reuben and The Popeye both incredible. The Reuben truly lives up to the sign outside claiming “Best Reuben in Town.” That alone would’ve won us over, but we couldn’t stop there. We came back to try the Philly, the Mediterranean, and even the chili cheese dog special. Each one was hands-down the best version of that dish we’ve had anywhere.
The food is priced more than fairly, especially given the quality, and the atmosphere is warm, inviting, and nostalgic in the best way. I now make it a point to stop by every time I pass through Conyers.
If you’re traveling through or near town; do yourself a favor and stop in. You won’t regret it.
