I was very impressed by the speed and efficiency of their service this morning. The drive-thru line was extremely long as it was “prime time”. However, the line moved pretty quickly and I was able to get my order and go on my way with minimal wait time. The employees were also friendly despite the rush of traffic.

They are about 50/50 on accuracy. They keep asking if that is all after every item but get confused when you give them all of the items in a single go. They keep requiring corrections. So just check every item before you pull away.

I arrived at the Dunkin’ Donuts location at 4:45 a.m., fifteen minutes after the posted opening time of 4:30 a.m. I drove over thirty minutes because it was the only location open. The employee on duty stated they were not ready to serve customers and behaved rudely. After making a long drive, I was disappointed by the unprofessional treatment and lack of readiness during posted business hours.

They have bugs flying around the donuts and they see you there and just ignore you until they feel they are ready to talk with you. Poor customer service.

5⭐️5⭐️5⭐️! Friendly service, excellent coffee. Early on a Monday morning, we were looking out on the bright outlook of a new week that had been given to us. And what better way to start the day off with a dunkin trip???? Both of us (me and Mercy @mpantzhohoho) drink our coffee in different ways. She likes a cold, iced coffee while I go for a hotter blend. And yet, WE WERE BOTH SATISFIED!!!!!!!!! Who can say ♀️

ISNT THIS DONUT BAG THE CUTEST!!! OMG, I was tickled pink, like literally when I I got my usual cup of joe and added on a donut. This DD’s the around the corner from my job so it’s always the stop I make before going into work, they always get my coffee perfect, good customer service and if they happen to make a mistake they willingly correct it with no hassles. Today is free coffee Monday only one more Monday left in 2023, get you some!

I will continue to come to this Dunkin location, at 6929 liberty rd . Why ? Right now they are the only ones not being greedy and charging 45 cent for mocha swirl. I say this in earnest hoping they take heed and don’t start being like others . Thousands read my reviews, and will make your location so popular the franchisee won’t have to . Let me know. Dated 9/9/24.oh and the service was pleasant.

I continue to come to this location and this morning there were ten cars in front of me. Business has increased so they don’t have to jack up prices! Service still great!
