I stopped in at Tim Horton’s last week and was very impressed to be served by a young woman name ARRI G. This was the Opdyke Rd. location at the corner of South Blvd. in Auburn Hills, Michigan. This young woman was so professional, warm, hospitable, ready to help with outanding customer service skills. She was very patient, answered all of my question to my satisfaction. It has been a long time since being waited on by such a welcoming and fresh attitude. Most young people get a bad wrap when it comes to customer service due to their attitude. This was not the case with ARRI G. She was the total opposite. What a delightful individual. I hope the manger at this location give her a raise and a shot out on her wonderful Customer service skills. ARRI G. Keep up the outstanding work you are providing to Tim Horton’s.

Every time I order DoorDash from this Tim Hortons my food and drinks are horrible. Yesterday I had a sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant. My croissant was hard and a croissant is supposed to be light and fluffy. The only thing that they get right is my Matcha because it’s iced. I literally just ordered a DoorDash ,One hot drink and one ice and instead of a latte I have an iced latte that I didn’t ask for. There is something wrong every single time. This is the last time I’ll be spending my money.

Tim Hortons is my favorite coffee place, especially for their coffee. Recently I’ve been getting the egg and cheese crescent and it tastes great as well. The people that work there are some of the same ones I’ve seen for a long time and they’ve always been great. That’s why I feel bad giving this location a low score. For about 5-6 days in the past couple of weeks, my coffee has not been great. I’m pretty sure half and half has been substituted on these days. One of the main reasons I like Tim Hortons coffee is because they have the best creamer! On these few days, the coffee has been darker as well, making me think even more that they have not been using the same creamer. I’m almost considering not going there anymore.

Bagels are as hard as stone and so as the hash browns! Food is cold, I should have read the reviews before ordering it! We end up not eating the food. I like Tim Hortons but this is the worst! I don’t usually ask for refund but this is actually waste of money. Sad!

I kept giving this place a chance but it never fails to end in disappointment. Few times I recieved the wrong order, but everytime I get food its either dry, put together lazily, or seems stale/old. Even the drinks never taste right. Unfortunately today was the last straw for me at this location when I got a stale hash brown and half filled, loosly wrapped breakfast wrap.

Donuts are fine but the operation is poor. I’m not sure where the disconnect is with your app and the location, but the only two times I’ve used it there has been issues. 1) the store said the order never came through. 2) only half the order was showing in their system. Also, my donuts were put bags.

Just left today and ordered a #4 they didn’t even put my hash brown in my bag I tried calling over and over again but no one is here picking up. $8.00 for a coffee and sandwich. Just to wait in line for 15 mins of my break. I want my hash brown

The food was tasty but I went through the drive thru and ordered a BLT combo. They gave my a breakfast sandwich, when I went back to get the food I paid for they gave me a chicken wrap, when I went to get it fixed a third time they said they ran out of bacon and gave me a refund. The employees were nice about it but getting food wrong twice and then telling me I couldn’t get the BLT warrants a review.
EDIT: this is the egg on the breakfast sandwich. Eggs should only be two colors, yellow and white not that. 1 star

I went to Wendy’s not. Tim Hortons but the occupy the same building. I placed my order and it was totally wrong and I was over charged.. Wasn’t worth the hassle of going back.

Good morning, I went this morning to get coffee’ as I always do ! The worker was handing me the coffee through the drive through window holding the top! I ask for a sleeve she said they didn’t have none! Uhhhmmm ok so if I drop this coffee that could be bad. She was holding the top so when I grabbed it . It was hot not good get sleeves Tim Horton this can cause you lots of problems in the future .
