I just had to come on and say what an amazing delivery driver I had today. I’ve had a pretty bad day. I didn’t want to drive 5 min to go get the pizza so I ordered delivery. James came and delivered my pizza and was just a breath of fresh air. Made my night! So personable and friendly. Thanks James for brightening my day without even knowing it!

We ordered for takeout. When we got home (about a 5 minute ride or less) and tried one of the pizzas, it was pure dough in the middle. I called, ofcourse, the manager offered no options and said the ovens are set and that’s just the way they are. I certainly wish I could share the picture and video. The manager was very condescending with his tone and questions. Yes, we order from Domino’s all the time because they have the gluten-free option for my husband (his pizza was fine, so no reason to complain about that or the wings).

I get pizza here 2 to 3 times a week. Certain times, it’s great! Other times you get some staff that just don’t care about customer satisfaction or quality of food or both.. Either don’t like their job or don’t like dealing with customers. Either way quality of food goes down when certain people are working. Last pizza I had from here had barely any cheese on it. All the toppings fell off because there was no cheese to hold it together also I got eight small pieces of chicken on a eight slices chicken pizza! one slice didn’t even have any chicken on. I figure if you don’t like your job don’t be there. But with you there, the only people losing out are the people paying for you to be there! (CUSTOMER’S)

I haven’t ordered Domino’s since 2014 because the pizza is gross and they barely put any toppings on the pizza. Fast forward to today, May 23rd 2025, nothing has changed, we ordered two pizzas with extra sauce, we got one pizza with a drop of sauce and a few toppings, the second one a few more drops of sauce and a few toppings. Seriously who eats this garbage! We ate a few slices and threw the rest away!

Usually I don’t have an issue with dominos but today feb 17 10pm I do. I wanted cheesy bread and when I got home it was smaller and thinner. I called them about it and the manager said the ingredients had changed. Which is weird. So that means the next I order it. And it’s not consistent then they lied. But it would’ve been nice if they just offered to remake it thick and long as the box like it’s supposed to be. But they didnt. So I’ll actually call tomorrow the store manager and confirm. Because this ain’t right. Esp for 9 bucks.

I have not had a Domino’s pizza in many years. I thought I would take advantage of the $9.99 special. I ordered mushrooms, onions and spinach. I could almost count the mushrooms, a few slivers of onions and spinach here and there. VERY LITTLE sauce and cheese. It was a bread pizza. Did I get the $9.99 special? I ended up eating the toppings and giving the crust to the birds. It could have been good if it had some more toppings on it. I am glad I did not pay $20.00 for it! I guess I will keep going to Brother’s Pizza in Crystal River! And it was overcooked (see burnt spinach)

I ordered a delivery earlier this week, I order a lot from this store and have never had issues, however i’ve also never had a driver is good as the one i did that day. I’m getting up there an age and struggle with things, the driver was in a white jeep a young girl named Alexis, she was amazing. She is a very kind pretty young girl with a great attitude. She offered to bring my empty trash cans up from the road and helped me carry the food inside as i use a walker and it’s difficult. My grandson was there at the time, he is 5 and he was asking about the ducks on her dashboard and was so fascinated so she let him chose a duck for him to keep. Warmed my heart there’s still good out there. She was so sweet and kind with him. She has a good heart and the dominos here lucked with her ❣️

I literally never write reviews, but the staff at this Domino’s was above and beyond. Really great service, fast and reliable in a pinch with great communication. Very quality and fresh pizza. Shoutout to Ricky specifically for getting it ready for me so quick, and having a great attitude when handing it off to me.

Ordered online and it didn’t take me to my normal Domino’s. Not pleased it took me to this location. One pizza (extra pepperoni) was okay so no picture, but my dad’s was a disaster. Cut wrong and not all the way through. Sausage and mushrooms were burnt, dry, and dismal. Crust was rubbery and some parts of the pizza were smothered in oil. Only thing I can guess is they tried to rewarm an old pizza. To think you would allow this pizza to make it into a customers hand is appalling. I saw similar reviews so I’ll just say try to avoid this local if you can. Driving that far to throw out a pizza disgusted me.
Edit: upon further inspection (as I wasn’t hungry when I got home) pepperoni pizza was in the same shape. Old not cut right. What an absolute waste…

Dommmmino’s is definitely correct for the mmmm. I always get the pepperoni and bacon but this time I added that plus Hamburg meat! Definitely highly recommended and thanks to the app I paid less than 20 bucks! Thank you again!
