**update** they called me and corrected the situation! They apologized several times and gave me a full refund, I was glad because I order from here very often
I ordered pizza for my kids party. First slice I pulled out had long black hair baked into it. We all have light hair so I know it wasn’t one of ours. I ended up getting sucked out in my head and threw all the pizza away and made them hot dogs. When I called to complain about it, the girl who answered the phone didn’t know how to do a refund and said the GM would call me the following morning to do a refund. I never received a call, and I called several times but it’s like they blocked my number or something. This is disgusting!!

Pictures speak for themselves! The pizza was greasy. The crust was on the sides and the center was really thin. I can tell my order was old, and had been sitting long. I placed the ordered online. But online didnt give me a option to pick up at a later time. So i called, was on hold for almost 5 minutes, the guy tells me he just put it in the oven. He said he would remake it since i was going to be hour n half. But the crust proves it wasnt remade. Another pizza hut killing my pizza dreams! Guess i will stick with dominos, at least i know their pizza has insurance!

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and expected regular deep dish pan pizza that Pizza Hut is known for. We were given some kinda flat non Pizza Hut pizza. Called to fix it but they said it was us who ordered wrong and refused to remake it. What kind of customer service is that? It would’ve cost them like way less to fix the situation but they’re not the classiest, most professional employees. Customer satisfaction is clearly not their priority. Just put a call into head office because clearly based on their reviews this location needs an overhaul. If we wanted another kind of non-deep dish pizza we would’ve went to any other pizza joint.

Place is ridiculous!!! They suck, every other location offers me a military discount and this manager said she’s never heard of Pizza Hut doing that. Then we ordered on line and it said the pizza was delivered in 25 mins and it didn’t get here until 1 he and 15 min later. We called and they kept telling us it would be here shortly. All of this on my son’s 4th Birthday, way to ruin my son’s day.. instructions on the box must be there because they know your pizza is gonna be cold when it gets to your house
