Kappa Signature top shelf Mai Tai did the job!

3pm lunch on Monday. Great music from the pool and great service. Food was quick and tasted great. Came the night before and staff was not as welcoming.

Hand roll: 8/10 – great
Catch of the day taco: 5/10 – would pass
Top shelf Mai Tai: 10/10

Would recommend for a quick bite, not dinner or anything unless casual.

Cynthia (server) was amazing.

Went because of the ratings. Not always the experience you expect. We arranged our first day on the island to be here at sunset. Great view. Good ratings on Google Maps. Overpriced (even by resort standards).

We sat at the bar to take in the sunset (which was gorgeous). But $23 for a signature cocktail is a little steep. We had a large late lunch, so settled on some appetizers for dinner. We got the coconut shrimp (three large shrimp) and the Korean Fried Chicken Bites. The shrimp was about average, but the chicken was interesting. A combination of sweet and spicy (which is always a hit in my book), and a larger portion than I was expecting. $150 for appetizers and cocktails? I’ll let you be the judge.

Disclaimer before giving my review: This is resort/hotel food, so quality is not a fine dining place neither a specialty restaurant. Based on this, and with experience in “restaurant of the house” this was not bad. Quality is good, the food is small portions and high prices. But had very good taste. We went for appt and drinks before going to the beach. The drinks were good, great balance in alcohol and mixers. In general was a good surprise because the expectations were low. This was a lunch time, and pretty empty, probably majority people staying in the hotel, so nothing vibrant. The only thing for me is the plastic cups and glasses. That cheap any place. And for the price, please.

Decided to eat here instead of driving off property. The pan seared local fresh catch was great. Unlike the Thai vermicelli crunch was less desirable. The nuoc dressing didn’t have much flavor.

Mai Tais were good but a bit overpriced and I wouldn’t tank theirs in my Top 5 MaiTais on the island. Servers were very good and friendly though. No comment on food because we just had drinks here.

Great spot right at Wailea Beach Resort. The food was really good, the service was great, and the vibe was casual but still felt like a nice experience. Huge shoutout to Jing, our waitress, she was amazing and incredibly patient and helpful with our slightly misbehaving kid (which we very much appreciated ).

We had a great experience here. The waiters were extremely attentive, and came very often to refill drinks. The food was fine for the price point. I thought it was pretty creative how the restaurant stretches around the pool. I came twice and had a great experience both times.

If you’re in the hotel, you have to take an elevator and poke around to find this place. The view is amazing. Live music started while I was there. Staff is friendly and legitimately seem to enjoy their jobs and like their coworkers. Food was fine. The drinks were amazing, tho!

We went here almost every day of our stay and we were really impressed by the ahi sandwich, ahi bowl and more. We didn’t try everything on the menu. Also they have different menus for lunch and dinner. The lunch shrimp tacos is to die for. As we you can eat in the restaurant or enjoy their meals at the pool.

The shade is spectacular! Distant view of the ocean is nice! The pina colada was good but not my favorite. The water is disgusting! Filter needs to be changed. The bartender oddly asked us to move seats from one side of the bar to the other because why? My husband told him we are comfortable where we are.
