A new place, it seems to have good food, because it is very tasty, and at the same time – a wonderful organization of personal selection of ingredients, which are in a row of dishes in front of you. Clean, tidy; pleasant, fast employees. I was there for the first time, ate at a table (though, already at home, I suddenly had diarrhea, I hope not from their food, I wonder if anyone else had this? Usually it’s the opposite for me, so this is like salvation for me ). I will come back again, check if there will be a similar case again (on the way home from “Elika”). If everything is great – I will continue to eat here.

Sad plate of food. Literally so stingy on how much is given. $25 for two plates that got sprinkled cheese, lettuce, and corn. Don’t even get me started on how little of meat, they give you not even a spoon because they shake it off. Super sad, I was so excited to have a closer location.

Really wanted chipotle tacos tonight, went into the new watt location thinking everything would be clean and fresh. The store was a mess the employees working were not friendly, they seemed annoyed we were there and it was only 6:45pm. I ordered three hard shell tacos and kids plates and a bowel and large chips . First off they only had two hard taco shells and said they ran out which whatever it happens. We ordered it all to go and when we got home and started to eat the chips were so stale it’s like they had been made a week ago, my taco shells were also stale like they were made a week ago, I mean thinking back the employee did pull them from under the counter with nothing covering them or keeping them warm. We love chipotle and have never really had a bad experience especially with the food. Very sad to say I will not be going to this location again.

Did an online order for a large group and showed up ten minutes after ordering the food and they had it all ready and waiting for me. Very surprised to have all of the order there waiting. If you have a large group order definitely give this Chipotle a try.

I will never spend a dollar here again this particular establishment. They are rude and they are very unprofessional and they are very messy. They make sloppy burritos and then get mad when you ask them to remake it because all of your toppings are all over the counter, even when you tell them to stop, they continue to try to roll your burrito with everything spilling out very unprofessional and I need to take a class on customer service I’m A blogger they are about to go viral. This establishment is unprofessional management needs to teach their managers how to be professional and what customer service means and stands for totally ridiculous.

Horrible location. Never saw a burrito so poorly wrapped, it literally looked like a ball… It fully opened up when I unwrapped it, so I ask one of the employee to transfer it in a bowl and they couldn’t even do it. My husband’s stomach has been hurting pretty bad after too. Won’t recommend.

Ordered online so didn’t deal with the people inside can’t speak to their service but the restaurant is clean and well tended to our second time going here and the food was still terrible the meat is over cooked and over seasoned and they don’t have the portions sizing down yet they give to much rice then not enough meat and a little beans and way to much lettuce it’s not a good ratio. Recommend going to the chipotle on auburn and Madison instead of this one.
