Came by today, I haven’t been to Chipotle in years. The last time I tried I remember walking out because they skimped my bowl and I didn’t want to pay extra money for a regular bowl (not at this location by the way, the one in Salisbury) .. let me just say this, this location did NOT disappoint at all! That lady made my bowl with love and not just mine, every order she made was with love. I am very very satisfied and glad I decided to give Chipotle a try again, this location specifically

My mom and I recently visited Chipotle Mexican Grill and while the food was excellent, the overall experience was disappointing.
The employee preparing our food seemed very disengaged — no smile, no friendliness, and an overall dull attitude. It honestly felt like she did not want to be there. My mom even asked if she was having a bad day because the interaction was that uncomfortable.
In addition, the restaurant was not clean. We had to wipe down our own table before sitting. The drink station area was messy, with trash and napkins scattered around.
The food was good, but the lack of customer service and cleanliness made it a poor dining experience. I hope management addresses both customer engagement and upkeep moving forward.

This place is terrible. As soon as you walk in the door it smells like sewage.
The employees are extremely rude (that’s actually an understatement).
I ordered a to-go order for our family. When I picked up the order they failed to tell me they were out of chips & queso that I ordered. When I walked back in, they told me they were out. Ok, that’s fine. But they weren’t going to tell me? I paid for that. & of course they can’t refund. I have to call in to get a refund since I ordered online.
Once we got home, we realized one of our bowls was literally just steak & rice with none of the extras that it should have had on it.
Avoid this place at all costs!

Nasty place with LAZY employees.
The drink area was messy and sticky. The trash was overflowing. The floors needed attention.
Three ladies in uniform behind the counter (can’t call the workers) were just relaxing and chatting away.

I have never had a bad experience at Chipotle until I came here, while standing in like I was ignored while the employee texted on her phone in front of me. Came off very rude, it really seemed like I was doing something wrong while trying to order my usual chicken bowl. I expect better Chipotle..

The place is an absolute mess, there’s left over food and dirt on every table, the employees were miserable, messy, and skimped on all portions. I found raw chicken in my food and had to get a refund. The drink station had ice on the floor and puddles, most of the drinks were gone and sodas were clear. There was also food all over the floors. I won’t ever come back to this Chipotle.

The black beans and pinto beans looked dried up and crusty in the pan. I had to ask for fresh chicken because he tried to give me the last half spoon of dried up chicken. Appearance of the burrito bowls I bought didn’t look as appetizing as at other Chipotle restaurants .While I was ordering one of my bowls the attendant started on another customer before I had time to order my second bowl. Which I was then informed I would have to go to the end of the line to place my next order. Despite the appearance of the food it still tasted ok. I will not be back.

The employee working the line never greeted me, never said “I’ll be with you shortly,” and came across as unfriendly, all while other employees walked right past me behind the counter without saying a word.
In addition, the food preparation was not up to standard. Some of the lettuce in my order was left in large pieces that were not edible without me shredding them myself. The serving area looked messy, which did not give me confidence in the food preparation.
The exterior of the restaurant was equally concerning. The parking lot, sidewalk, and grassy areas had trash scattered throughout, and the dumpster area gate was left open with boxes and garbage visible. The overall appearance was unclean and unwelcoming.
As a paying customer, I expect not only quality food, but also a clean environment and friendly service. A simple acknowledgment, a smile, or even showing appreciation for my business would have made a difference. Unfortunately, this experience fell short in every area. I have experienced these issues on numerous of occasions at this location.

Food tastes great, but if you go through the chipotlane, be 20 minutes late to when it states your order will be done. They literally never have it ready on time. You will be sitting at the window for 20 minutes, your food will be done, but they will ignore you while they make other orders.
