Reached out to another location but they were experiencing tech issues with payments. Was referred to this one. Called to order and the gentleman stated 15 min to make a pizza but we were near by. Tried to.find out the toppings for a certain pizza and gently men had no phone etiquette. Submitted partial order and got myself something else where. Made me miss and value or home location so much more. My sons autistic and has sensory issues that interfere with feeding.

On Sept. 13th 2025 I made a call to the Carlisle location to place an order for my family and the manager Will had an irritated attitude like he didn’t want to be on the phone taking my order. I placed my order and told him I would be there in 30-40min. I called back 2min later to change one of the pizzas my husband wanted something different. When my husband got on the phone to change it, Will continued to be disrespectful and say oh my God and other stuff like he wanted us to hear him. As a GM I understand that it is hard to be short staffed when it’s busy. But it’s your job to make our experience better than what was given. When we arrived at the store and requested a manager and spoke our concerns to him, he was nonchalant and a care free attitude like he didn’t care with a fake apology. Papa Murphy’s needs to have a discussion and retraining for their managers if they can’t act according with customers.

It’s really nice to have the option to buy fresh made pizza and bring it back home to be baked when you and your family are ready for it. I do have some feedback the green chile topping was bland no flavor. It looked really good though. But missing some garlic and salt. Other than that the crust and pizza sauce were great

Every time I’ve come here the guy working here is incredibly friendly and nice. Today he even helped an elder lady carry her pizzas to her car. He is what every other food place needs. Genuine kind person.

Why would you hire someone that wears blacked out sunglasses, mask, and a hat to literally be the person we walk into to take an order AT NIGHT, it was awkward/uncomfortable. She was more worried about covering her face instead of getting our order right. This is either a highering management issue or a lack of care who’s running the front. Won’t be coming back did, not feel welcomed , and the highering manager needs to be fired.

Extremely slow worker in the evenings! I went to get one pizza and and she took a very long time to make it. What made it worse is she stopped in the middle of making it to take someone else’s order. You should finish with one customer before moving on to another!
