This Pizza bread was made this time very great. Whoever made it as a cook, keep doing a great job. You see the wings and the other Pizza.That’s not The supreme was made by somebody else. I’m giving a 5 out of 5 star this time. Whoever made it and that old man who does the deliverance, like I said, he deserves a raise and at least tip good money, he does his job very respectful.

I only order pizza when I’m hosting a party, and this Pizza Hut has always been very reliable. Very willing to help if they’ve made a tiny mistake. And they’re one of the few pizza places left that don’t force you to download an app to get delivery?
I give them a 4/5, but it’s a 4/5 you can feel good about.

I ordered online 2 pizza’s along with 3 orders of $10/20 Lil bite wings. I called the store and was told the first time that they did not offer those. I went ahead with my pizza order and went back to the website to find the $10/20 wings.
I again called the store to be told that they “were out”…about 4p on New Years Eve. They offered no substitutions or solutions. I received our 2 Medium half warm pizza’s. So Disappointed!

I guess it’s not this specific pizza huts fault but I ordered my pizza through the pizza hut app, waited like 45 minutes and checked the app, said the pizza was delivered. I never got it. I called and they said they use door dash to deliver some orders and that I needed to call door dash to get the issue resolved. Called door dash and they said they had no record of my order. Not really sure why I have to deal with door dash now, I’m not the one who involved them.

I am not too sure who is making the food but every time I order from this location pizza is made wrong or is burnt. The cinnamon sticks are always stuck to the box and end up ripping apart. My favorite pizza is the handmade pan. That’s the only one I order and every time I order I never received the right pizza. This place needs to hire a new staff. Not to mention I pay extra for my pizzas and I don’t even get the right ones and no one’s offering me a refund.

The lady who helped me pick up my pizza was very very kind!
However the pizza was the worst I’ve had in a long time. Not too long ago my husband and I ordered the Big New Yorker- it was incredible- a delicious hot cheese pulling experience.
Today on my birthday, I wanted to experience that again. Picking up the box from the store it even felt hot and freshly prepared- it wasn’t.
When we got home we noticed how dry everything looked- not a piece of it was hot or even warm. The pepperoni flaked to a crisp upon touching it- no grease in sight- and NO EXTRA CHEESE and the cheese that was on there was RUBBER- (extra cheese which I was charged for). It seems like they just had this pizza sitting there from 5 hours ago and decided to push it on the birthday girl.
Went from a 5 star experience to a 2. Only because the employee helping me at the store was very kind!! I will never order here again.

So I’d like to start by saying that I think this Pizza Hut is great, it’s very unfortunate they deliver through DoorDash as it’s my only reason for dropping a star. I had a terrible DoorDash delivery, but Pizza Hut did what was important and made it right. Morning manager Deneen (I think that’s the spelling) immediately gave credit and a very sincere apology. I definitely recommend but pickup only.

Called to get two large 1 topping pizza they asked for 34$ I said aren’t you guys doing the deal 1 topping for 9.99 which he replied the owner told the employees to only offer the deal if they ask pretty cheap if you ask me I understand your a franchise store if you can’t do what corporation says maybe don’t franchise with them and open your own pizza spot. Shift lead named Denise, pretending to be store manager wasting time when I’m just looking for my refund regional. bug the store workers who are great at their job like the Alma, she’s amazing! But whoever this new one is a) has major attitude problems b) will argue c) seems nosey. Idk how yall train the leads anymore but obvious to me that you dont. I just want my refund and this lady made it her mission to get in the way and get mad I wasn’t looking for her but her management. Will speak to corporate and regionals.

Tonight i picked up 2 pizzas, i had to put it back in the oven, there were not cook sll the way…. What happened to Pizza Hut..? Everytime it is a different issue.. train your staff corporate people!
