I ordered delivery exactly at noon and the food was in my hands twenty minutes later! And I don’t live right next door to the store . Abigail made my order super fast and Prezton the driver was professional, friendly and he remembered my requested napkins that most forget. I love Domino’s, but my last two experiences at the Gardner, MA location was absolutely horrible! They’ve been going downhill the last few months. Tonight I ordered a large, hand tossed with EXTRA marinara sauce (not the robust), and hamburg. DISGUSTING!! If there was 2 tablespoons of sauce on the whole pizza it would have been a miracle. Very little cheese or hamburg. It was the driest pizza ever. You couldn’t even chew it. Maybe it’s time to give business back to Papa Gino’s; it’s more expensive but at least it’s edible pizza.

I’ve ordered multiple time from this location. Sometimes they have great days but most of the time recently, it has been a miss. I am vegetarian and somehow I ALWAYS get a slice of meat on my vegetarian pizza which makes me terribly sick of I eat it. Today I received a pizza which the dough was raw in the middle. No options online for a refund – they only offer 20% off the next order

Food was great, but it was the service that really stood out. Thank you for the best service I’ve ever had at a pizza place! Every single person either said hello, asked how I was, was there anything they could get for me etc…One if the gentlemen came over and asked if he could get the door for me as I was alone and my hands were full. I can’t tell you the last time that happened and I really appreciate this type of service. I’ll speak very highly of this location and recommend it to all my friends!!?

The gentleman that works on Sundays is always on point when I order. Food was here faster than expected, piping hot, and he added deals to my order that I didn’t know about, saving me money. I wish Domino’s website had customer feedback, but I cant seem to find it. This guy deserves credit for the effort he puts in to his job. Keep up the great work!

I just can’t….. I am not even kidding you I am a die hard domino’s fan I absolutely love their food but let me tell you this dominos in particular is absolutely 100% not capable of their job….my favorite new item is the cheese dip and bread twists. One scoop of cheese dip is what we received, I’m just gonna attach pictures of what we received and let you all decide for yourselves..mind you that is a small spoon. unbelievable

If you’re going to turn off online ordering when you’re busy, it should stop you from entering an order at all. NOT let you fully enter your pizzas, sides etc, and payment info before making you stop and saying you have to call. This has happened every time I’ve tried to order lately and it really is pushing me away from giving this Dominos my business at all.
