I ordered $40 worth of food for deli, I call this location 3 times on the third time they answered to see if my order is almost finished. They said they would have my food delivered shortly, after about 30 minutes I called again and they said they had no trace of my order, weird because my cards charged and the app says it’s waiting to be delivered. Anyways they told me to contact support and support after over two hours of trying to get ahold of someone told me to go back to the store. I’m out a good bit of money but now I know not to go to dominoes especially this reading location.

Aleksandr is the usual delivery guy who comes out. Rain, shine, or massive snowstorm the guy is as chill as it gets. Food is quick, hot, and always dropped off with a great attitude.

The crew is amazing.
I live in Norwood and drive to this location to get my food.
I ordered a extra cheese with extra provolone tonight and got a regular cheese pizza….it’s supposed to be extra..extra.
If this is extra..extra, I’d hate to see what regular looks like. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Can I please get ooey-gooey next time I order extra..extra?

I’m emailing about a wreck-less delivery driver. On October 1 at around 8:45pm a fully badged Domino’s vehicle was driving carelessly on Galbraith Road and almost rear ended a vehicle getting on to I75 north.
He had the right turn signal on the whole time he was driving, the radio was blaring and when we pulled up behind him at Vine street the car was moving up and down.
The car had a number 28 on the right rear bumper and it looked like a Volkswagen Jetta. It looked like the delivery was to Williamsburg Apartments. This is totally unacceptable.

We get dominos all the time and love them. However this time we ordered delivery and when it arrived it looked as if our pizza was dropped and thrown back in the box. I tried calling and after the rang and rang someone clearly answered the phone and hang up. Very disappointed

This review is from the prospective of someone who always orders carry out. I’ve been going to this location for several years now. The food has always been correct and tastes great and the staff are all extremely friendly and very fast behind the counter. The building itself is older and a little small but always clean so I never mind coming in.
I look forward to coming here for many more years!
