I probably would not normally review this place.
We stopped on a motorbike trip through the area for some food and a drink.
Typical bar/restaurant atmosphere. Okay service. Drinks okay.
Food. Not so much.
We had some simple appetizers of cheese curds and jalapeño poppers. Frozen stuff. Over fried.
Also Ordered a chicken sandwich – which sounds quite good in the menu description. Really not good at all. A couple of chicken tenders out on a store bought bun with 3 pieces of lettuce and 2 pickles for $9. No fries or chips. No sauce. No tomato or onions.
Just chopped up pieces of tenders. Embarrassing and a little sad.
Don’t recommend this place for food. Might be good for drinks
if you’re drunk – some snacks. But don’t make a trip here to eat.

We usually come for drinks before Cedar Lake racing but decided to drive over for breakfast. Their Bloody Mary’s and eggs Benedict were amazing! Staff is always friendly and very welcoming too. Definitely our favorite bar.

Great place to eat. Love their fish fry. Only complaint is how busy it can get during their fish frys but it just goes to show we aren’t the only ones that think so! Great service, servers have a great memory as well! Will be back.

The bartenders were soooo friendly! Very true to the name!! Great food too! We were there on a Friday and they have a fish fry that starts early on Friday and breakfast goes to late on Friday. Highly recommend!

Fish fry was really good, but hash browns weren’t quite done. Good atmosphere, but they squeeze too many tables in the back room, making it uncomfortable to get in and out of your seat. Customers were very gracious in making room for us to maneuver into our seats.
