Now I usually don’t ever put in reviews for any restaurant/experience I attend, but I just want to give a positive review for this Wendy’s. I have gone there so many times, and so many times when I should probably shouldn’t be going so close to closing time, but without fail I am always treated so well. The two main guys who are on the speaker phone at night are always so nice, and so welcoming. They also always provide me with freshly made food and great service all around. I very much appreciate the friendly hospitality every time I stop by!

I recently had an incredibly disappointing encounter at Wendy’s, which left me utterly frustrated with their abysmal customer service. From the moment I entered the restaurant, it was evident that the staff lacked any sense of professionalism or basic courtesy.
To begin with, the employees seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist customers. When I approached the counter to place my order, the cashier barely acknowledged my presence, instead choosing to chat with a colleague. It took an exasperatingly long time for them to even acknowledge my request.
Furthermore, the staff displayed a complete disregard for accuracy and attention to detail. Despite clearly stating my order multiple times, they managed to mess it up entirely. Not only did they get the items wrong, but they also forgot some essential components. When I kindly asked for a correction, the employee responded with indifference and seemed bothered by my request.
As if that wasn’t enough, the overall atmosphere was chaotic and unclean. The dining area was littered with food scraps, and tables were left unattended for an extended period. I witnessed several customers voicing their concerns, yet the staff did nothing to address the situation promptly.
Moreover, when I attempted to bring these issues to the attention of a manager, I was met with complete apathy. The manager seemed disinterested in my complaints, merely offering a half-hearted apology without any sincere effort to rectify the situation or ensure my satisfaction.
It is truly disheartening to experience such disregard for customers in a fast-food establishment. Wendy’s, once known for its quality service, has clearly lost its way. The lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and a complete absence of genuine concern for customer satisfaction make it impossible for me to recommend this establishment to anyone.
I genuinely hope that Wendy’s takes immediate action to address the severe customer service issues plaguing their establishment. Until significant improvements are made, I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this disappointing experience.

On February 2nd at 12:20pm I was getting food for my 3 residents with mental disabilities, I was at the drive through and asked for 3 orders and 3 different receipts, the male worker seemed troubled and kind of bothered with the order, he asked about it to her female coworker and she came to told in an unkind manner that it was not possible. My issue with this is that I had already gone alone and asked for 3 orders with 3 different receipts and they had no problem, now I’m with my residents in the van and there’s a problem.

I don’t understand why this Wendy’s is rated only 3.4 Stars. This is my local Wendy’s and it’s always been great! The employees are nice, service is fast and good, and the food is amazing! Julia especially is an amazing employee!
This Wendy’s was remodeled a few months ago and it looks great!
Highly recommend this Wendy’s, and I’ll always come back!

I am rethinking my life choices after this meal. I ordered a chicken sandwich and when I bit into the chicken it was so hard and chewy that it was impossible to swallow. The sandwich was incredibly dry and must have no longer been fresh. I asked to replace the chicken sandwich for chicken nuggets which was fine, but the fries formula has changed and it’s so tasteless. I wish Wendy’s cared more about food quality instead of profits.
