I absolutely love ordering from here when I come down on business trips. The chicken salad is absolutely delicious!!! I also had the fruit salad side and pasta salad side which were also very fresh and tasty. This place is healthy and delicious and is one of my favorite places to eat when I’m down here. Who knew you could have an entire restaurant (chain even) with chicken salad?! They make it work. I’m not the adventurous type, so I stick to the old south version and let me tell you…it is mmmm, mummy, good. Add a croissant and I’m hooked! Their crackers are also absolutely fabulous with the chicken salad. Some days, you just want some good Ole comfort food and this place delivers! Highly recommend.

We have been going to Chicken Salad Chick at least once a week for the past two months. My kids love the food however the customer service is horrible. The past three times I have gone, the manager is short and unfriendly in her demeanor and attitude. Today was the last day we will go back. I ordered two meals, however three meals showed up at our table. I took the extra meal back up to the counter along with my receipt and explained they gave me an extra meal that I did not pay for. I would be happy to return it or pay for it (because again my kids love chicken salad chick) The employee who took my initial order then started to argue with me that I did in fact pay for three meals. Another employee came up and also started to explain to me that I had paid for the third meal. The manager came up from behind both of them, checked my receipt, took the meal and then said they had delivered it to the wrong table. Nobody apologized or thanked me for brining the food back. Also they took that meal, which had exchanged many hands and delivered it to the other person without refreshing the food. My daughter stuck her finger in the food before I took it back to them. Them arguing and then taking the food to the new table happened so quickly I didn’t get a chance to tell them before they delivered it to the new table.

We go here at least once a week. The food and service is excellent. The potato soup is my favorite. Lisa is friendly and efficient. She makes eating here very enjoyable. The inside is spotless and even smells clean. In nice weather we choose to dine outside at the many tables with umbrellas. I would highly recommend this location.

Order the cranberry croissant sandwich with grapesalad. Food is tasty and priced very good. My one complaint is the croissant has been burnt black and is hard ..not black all over but enough to affect taste and have had to peel off the burnt spots this only happens at the one from oxmoor mall… ordered online and no where to advise not to toast. Will order w/o bread from now on

Went drive thru, could barely hear the woman speaking. I asked for the chicken salad combo like in the picture, my croissant didn’t have any lettuce or tomato. The pickle was disgusting texture, chewy. I’m not touching the broccoli salad as it is brown and very obviously past date. Last time I come here. This is something I would absolutely ask for a refund. The croissant is stale. Awful. I’ll use the chicken salad to make my own sandwich. Never coming back just refund my money please.

Excellent chicken salad, decently priced. I’ve only ever been through the drive thru but it’s quick and the staff is pleasant. It feels like a much healthier option for eating out opposed to other fast food.

First time at CSC and the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable, walking us through the menu and giving their recommendations. Our food came out very quickly, tasted fresh, and was delicious. Will definitely be back!

This is a nice little place to eat. The reason I gave it 3 stars is the pasta is dry with little taste. The broccoli pasta is way to sweet. Now on the hand, The chicken salad Barbie-Q, the Jalapeño Holly and the Sassy Scotty are amazing. The chicken salad has good flavor and leaves a nice after taste. The turkey pesto was good and the flavor would have tasted good if it was the pasta. All and all, I would go back and plan to. We would like to try more. The prices are very reasonable for the portions.

I had the chicken BLT with chicken Florentine soup and mixed fruit. The meal was good.
There were issues involving the meal and restaurant.
The music was too loud where we sat under a speaker,
the ice maker on the inside drink machine was banging away, That is not “a thing” at other restaurants.
and several of the items were not up to par, though they were okay to eat:
– the chicken BLT was light on the bacon and that’s understandable with the cost of bacon these days, but still.
– we had a chicken salad that had apples in it. Apples were hard to find.
– the fruit cup was about 15 grapes, one small piece of a strawberry, and four blueberries. I would hardly call that mixed fruit.
Next time I will be back to try the Friday soup.
