I placed a walk-in mobile order at 1:55, actually got my drink at 2:09. This is “fast food?” The door dash guy came in after me, left 5 minutes before me, and was offered a free donut for his wait. I was offered “sorry about that.” Ridiculous service, unacceptable

If there’s no one in line at the drive-thru, you can expect to get in and out really quick. But if there’s any sort of line, expect to be waiting for a while. It’s really slow unfortunately. My order usually comes out correct though, so that’s good. staff are really nice.

Almost EVERY time I go, my order is rarely correct. My order isn’t difficult. I get a frozen coffee with caramel and blueberry shots, whip, and caramel drizzle. Then order a second one exactly the same way. Today, they hand me one without the drizzle and they aren’t the same color. They put 32 shots of blueberry in one. WHO DOES THAT!?!?
