Dude I don’t generally leave bad reviews but this place has gone downhill for delivery. This is the third time my food has been incorrect. Delivery driver did nothing wrong except deliver my food an hour and a half after I ordered it which is clearly on the receipt and I got it at 4:58. He was nice. My food looks old and isn’t hot. I was quoted a half hour. I got upside down bacon cheese breads that were cold and greasy and when I opened them the grease went everywhere bc they didn’t even bother to put them right side up on the boxes. It’s Tuesday, no way they are that busy that my food had to be so late and they made it when I ordered it and it clearly sat there getting cold. This is ridiculous. I used to love this place and now I just can’t. $50 worth of cold food is crazy work. And I didn’t receive any napkins or plates I asked for either. The cheese bread is also like a brick. Just look at the pics.

When done correctly their pizza is actually pretty good, a bit on the too greasy side but its good! However. The last 3-4 times we have ordered trying out their menu our orders have been completely wrong. Either sending us completely different items, not saucing the wings or just plain forgetting to send us the actual items. Definitely over it at this point as their store customer service did nothing for me, not ordering again- bummers

So I usually NEVER leave reviews because I never want to seem like a Karen but genuinely what is this pizza… I door dashed it which im aware places usually never go the extra mile with door dash, but im 6 months pregnant and was CRAVING Marcos, and this is what I received, very unimpressed and disappointed.

They routinely forget the garlic cups. I’m not ordering from them anymore. This last time is it. Usually, the pizza is good. It arrived cold with missing ingredients and no garlic cups. I am tired of their lacks service. And indifference to getting people edible food

I have been a costumer here since 2023! Their pizza is always delicious and fresh! Not only that, they give out coupons if you want to save some money. We have ordered about 20 mins before they closed and they still delivered the pizza to us! Definitely goes above and beyond.

It’s a standard pizza place, same thing you’d expect from like Domino’s, not nearly as good as local places like Pizza House or Teritas.
The best part was the boneless garlic parmesan wings. They had a lot of very flavorful sauce and had a surprising kick to them.
The pizzas were passable at best. On the positive, I can say that their crusts were on point. Thin crust was a good cracker crust and the thick had a decent layer, but not overwhelming.
Onto the downsides:
-The pizzas had an option for a sauce cup, didn’t get that on either pizza, at least the wings they remembered them.
– Pizzas had options for crust toppings and flavors, didn’t get that on either.
-The chicken pizza had a woefully small amount of chicken, and the current headliner on their website, the magnifio pizza had barely one topping per bite, so you couldn’t really enjoy the melding of the flavors.
I got it at a bogo pizza offer and even still feel it was a poor value, unfortunately.

I had a delicious veggie sub in Greenwood Indiana and it was delicious. My daughter had the calzone and loved it. My husband and I did not know that Marco’s Pizza is all over Columbus which is where we are from.

Let me start by saying I love Marcos. I think it’s the best chain pizza. With that being said, this location is truly terrible. The staff could not care any less about being there. Today I was served a raw pizza. I asked for it to be fixed or remade. The “cook” put it back in the oven for a few mins but the texture of the pizza was truly gummy. The store itself is dirty, unorganized, and requires you to ring a door bell to enter.
I’m not sure how a franchise can be this bad, but it needs a complete overhaul. Avoid.

1 pizza.. large pepperoni, and it was over an hr late from the promised time. I ordered at 8,they said 8:45.. showed up at 9:45. Super greasy, cold and ridiculously late. Your lucky you got 2 stars. I even tiped these people on top of their delivery fee. When I called the store to inquire about my order, the girl was snappy and said it “just left” that was about 9:05ish

Hopefully it will be better after wrapping it in paper towels to soak up your grease and microwaveing it to more than Luke warm. IF YOU ORDER HERE,go pick it up and check it before you walk away.
