Traveling through and stopped here with my family for dinner on a Sunday evening. The food was really tasty! I got the fajita quesadilla and substituted the chicken for steak. I was really surprised by the amount of steak I was given for it only being an extra $3, and it was cooked perfectly too. The mozzarella sticks were also amazing…they seemed legitimately home made compared to tons of other restaurants we’ve eaten at. Only thing I’d comment on for the kids meals is that the mac & cheese is the plain boxed kind, which is always a bit unfortunate. All in all though, it was a great dinner location.

The food we were served during our visit was very disappointing. A few of the items we ordered were the steak, pulled pork sandwich. And cheese burgers. The food was very bland with no seasoning or flavor. The food was definitely not worth the price that was paid. The server however was attentive and the service was good. You can definitely get a better meal at Texas Roadhouse for the same or even less price.

Food tastes like the small town diner. Don’t let the large dining area fool you, it’s better than many large area restaurants. My most favorite thing on the menu is the Ultimate Grilled Cheese. Several types of cheese and a couple strips of bacon on Texas toast. Yum! Lucille’s serves all drinks in plastic cups with internal ribs that make it not worth taking the drink with you at the end of the meal as you’ll likely never care to use it again.

A neat local restaurant themed with “route 66” items. I was greeted at the door quickly and shown to a seat. My server was prompt to the table and took my drink order. They gave me a few minutes to look over the menu and then came back to take my order. My steak was prepared correctly and everything came out hot and tasty. Next time I’m in town I’ll be back.

I was in town for the weekend and had been craving a steak so I decided to stop by Lucille’s as it was close to the hotel. I’m glad I did. The service was fast and friendly, the food was terrific, and the prices are very reasonable. I had the KC strip with potatoes and macaroni and cheese. The steak was cooked perfectly, tender and juicy with a great butter and herb mix on top. The sides were wonderful as well. The manager checked on me multiple times to assure everything was good, which was appreciated. The atmosphere is a lot of fun as well. Sports on the TV, lots of interesting signs and decorations, even a small shop up front for Route 66 souvenirs. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area or just passing through as it’s right off the highway and easy to access. Great job Lucille’s!

Great spot to eat at if you’re traveling on Route 66. This place is full of nostalgia, and great atmosphere. The service was good, the food was AMAZING. Loved it. Even though I was just passing through, I hope to eat here again. Couldn’t be happier.

My husband and I stopped here for dinner on our road trip. We like to try different places we don’t have at home. The decor was cute, the service was excellent and the food good.

This salad was $12!! It’s served in a mini container, and it’s called The Mother Load!! LMAO!! It cost me with a small OJ and a little souvenir over 22.00!! I Even added a tip for take out.
I bought another souvenir and every time it tells you to leave a 15% or more tip!
I have order this type if salad at 100s of restaurants, and this has got to be an all time low, plus, I can’t eat it in my car, then the hostess brings me the larger container. Why wouldn’t they put it in there in the 1st place?! It’s gonna spill all over the place along with the dressing.
The hostess was pleasant, but I would be embarrassed working at this cookie cutter, wanna be route 66 restaurant which is relatively new. Only reason u gave it 3 stars is the hostess was decent about it.
Oh! And don’t order the OJ, it’s some cheap generic blend. For the price, it could have at least been homemade or natural!

Good food and friendly service. The fried pickles were delicious, as was the bacon-wrapped filet and lemon Italian cream cake. The sides were OK; they use red potatoes for their mashed potatoes, which gave them a flavor I wasn’t quite expecting and the hush puppies weren’t anything special.

We were driving through and wanted something good to eat; we had originally stopped at a bbq place but they told us in no uncertain terms that the didn’t have anything I could eat ( I am gluten intolerant and if I get the slightest bit of gluten, I’m sick for days ) and that they could not guarantee that there would be no cross contamination because they don’t clean in between serving. We left that restaurant and found Lucille’s road house. We told the girl that I was gluten intolerant, they made sure that there was no cross contamination and that all of my food was gluten free. Not only was the service and our server amazing; but the food was the best. If you’re passing by you definitely want to stop in at Lucille’s; you won’t regret it.
