NEVER HOT AND READY. I always wait over 25 minutes just for a original classic pepperoni pizza. Then I had to call in and ask them to park people so I could leave without the pizza because they have a barrier in the drive thru so once you order you are stuck. Need more staff or something because im done pizzahut it is from now on and also the window is always dirty

They don’t offer delivery they only offer it through DoorDash or Uber Eats meaning you cannot use their deals for the day. On these apps you’re being charged a $1 or more extra per item so the meal deals are more expensive. My order with less food cost $11 more not including tip….and the girl over the phone was rude about the fact that they aren’t affiliated with the apps so they don’t control the pricing or the fact that their deals and promotions don’t work through those apps.

Walked in tonight at 9pm and purchased a H&R Pepperoni pizza. When the cashier didn’t want to show me the pizza I opened the box and looked. Before I could say a word he hurriedly explained it was fresh and couldn’t explain why the pizza was burned. I asked for a new pizza without hard dried crusts, black cheese and burnt pepperoni. The cashier went to the back and returned with another identical pizza.
I asked for a fresh one with less fire damage so the clerk went to speak with another worker who clearly felt I was asking for too much (saying the machine needs serviced) and so on. I told them I’ll accept a refund if they don’t want to or are unable make a pizza that’s not charred and dry. I said I was willing to wait, adding that I’m breaking my diet by being there anyway. The backroom guy turned and snarkily asked why am I here. I replied, “I’m human.” To which he repeated that I shouldn’t be there. I told him he’s right and asked for my money back. Either they are incompetent or poorly trained because I asked for my $7.14 refund twice and all three employees acted bewildered. It took them so long that a homeless man walked in before any buttons were pressed on the register. He greeted me, I greeted him. He said he was hungry. I told the staff to give him my pizza and I left.
Don’t worry, Little Caesars!! I will DEFINITELY remember not to ever return to your janky store. I hope they gave the homeless man the pizza I bought…but with service like that, I bet they pocketed my little refund and kicked the man out.

We have been ordering from Little Caesars ever since they opened on 98/hardy st before they moved to the Place they are now. I think it was the Long John Silver building. I believe overall they do a great job. People are always nice when I go in. I have noticed with Little Caesars, though, is the supreme pizza doesn’t feel like a supreme anymore. The veggies isn’t brought to the crust anymore. It is put in the middle and nothing more. It isn’t the workers fault; they are trained that way. I would rather pay a little more and get a real supreme. For 15 dollars, I would believe it should have veggies all the way to crust. It pretty much doesn’t look like a supreme. Overall, good for 1 topping pizzas but not for a multiple topping chain. I’ll still come and get the pepperoni pizza, just not for a supreme. Still a pretty good place to eat. See you next week.

Ordered pizza ahead of time and when it said it was ready we got in the drive through which didn’t move. Sat in it for 30 minutes to which we pulled out of and parked and went inside and currently still waiting for our pizza…… WHATS POINT IN ORDERING AHEAD OF TIME. It’s 9pm.

Terrible service. I paid $22 for one pizza and bread sticks. And the young girl working in the drive-through was absolutely terrible. She just does not care about her job and I was just an inconvenience.

Mad as a HADDER. I ordered the Italian cheese bread and beef pizza. I pulled to the window and a guy with lots of tattoos came to the window. He has residue on his hands(appeared to be flour) and his fingernails were dirty. I did not want to pay for this order and I should’ve said no thanks and drove off. I was not eating that food because of his unsanitary nasty self. I gave that food to the field house homeless shelter on hwy 49. I informed them why I donated the food because that guy had no gloves on and his fingernails were dirty. I was hungry too . I wish I had took pics so I could’ve sent them to the health department. I would like to be refunded. All employees need to wear gloves. Unacceptable to be handling customer’s food with no gloves.

Can’t go wrong with little Caesar’s. Always loved it and never had a problem. Never understood the hate it gets. Friendly and fast service.
