Put my order in at 4:30. I drove here and went inside because it told me my order was ready. I waited for 30 more minutes while they took care of their entire line. Complained about someone who couldn’t come in to work that day. Took phone breaks and cleared their line of customers before my order was finally completed. I in total waited over an hour.. you would think after all that my order would have been correct right? No when I got home I noticed i was missing an entire order of honey sesame seed chicken…. terrible service and the food was a miss… I had huge chunks of cabbage in my chow mean rice. 0 STARS

I’ve been 4 times since they opened here. All 4 times they were “out of [what I came for] at the moment”—and it was 4 different things. If you are this consistent with not serving a full menu how you not “out of” business??
Oh and unless you pick something else, you are STUCK in the drive thru until the cars in front of you get (probably not) what they came for.

Unbelievably small portions for the money spent. I’ve always heard this place was good for fast Asian cuisine, I disagree. I paid the approximate price of a full meal for a side dish portion. Ridiculous. The food definitely was not special on top of the other issues.

Location used to be very decent, However that has recently changed. Food flavor has not tasted the same, out of steamed rice at 7:30 PM, no fortune cookie with meal, service has gotten slower. Employees rush you as you order and come off very blunt. What really bothers me is not having white rice when it’s a menu option. I see other comments from people saying they stop serving it after a certain time. Not everyone wants the fried rice or lo mein please serve what is advertised. Portions have gotten smaller also. I do not know whats changed but it needs to go back to the way it was.

I come here all the time but the staff is absolutely rude when it comes to some of the females. Store claims that they stop making white rice 6-7p… hours before closing. There nearly no help and no care when it come to there attitude. I love panda but this location ain’t it. Also waited 30 mins for rice for them to tell me they ran out of what meat I wanted. Waste of time…

Honestly this location is usually pretty inconsistent and not very wonderful. The food generally isn’t fresh. Today however was the worst I’ve had. The chicken was so dry and tasteless. It was overcooked and had no sauce sticking to it, and it’s the most popular dish there. It was all tasteless and bland.. the fried rice was like white rice as well. Whoever cooked today missed hard.

I’ve given chance afterbchance when ordering from here. Time and time again food missing and portions ridiculous. This evening was horrible was redeeming an entre from a past mistake and got a cub meal and what I received was horrible. Missing entre no sauces. The cub meal was joke and missing fruit cracker things. I’m so annoyed by this location. Time and time again portions ridiculous and too many mistakes.

This Panda Express is doing it right! Service was fantastic. The place was super clean and all the food looks and tastes very fresh! And all of the people who worked here were friendly and extremely helpful. Great job, Rome!
