The new manager is amazing! She has totally turned this place around!! I tried their $10 pizza and couldn’t get over how much better it was! The restaurant is clean and organized. The restrooms are out of order because the landlord refuses to fix the sewer drains that collapsed under the entire plaza. She’s done a great job controlling what she can control! Highly recommend!

This place has nothing but a bunch of rude employees and managers who bully the employees! The food sucks now. There was one boy who was working His name started with a J,(Jeremy or jeremiah) he was super sweet and helpful but you could hear the other workers in the back being mean and nasty. Yall all work in the same place being rude to someone else who works with you! They need new managers who are actually professional.

My sincerest apologies in advance for this unfortunate review as I used to be a very huge Pizza Hut fan. It’s been years since I’ve been to any Pizza Hut and when I came here from my order, to say that this place was completely Horrifically Horrible wouldn’t nearly come close to how awful this place is. As I walked in and sat after a long night from work to continue to wait on my order, I also had to undergo the conversation of the cashier using intense profanity and talking about how gross something in their cooking area was. Though I don’t remember the person’s name who was behind that register, I do know that he was african american. I just don’t know what happened as this is not the pizza hut I remembered as a child, and It’s very disappointing because growing up with my family, pizza hut was always our all time favorite place, but this particular restaurant has definitely change that completely as I no longer want anything to do with any pizza hut for as long as I live

Ordered a pizza and found a hard object that looked like a tooth. Called the manager, Nicole, and she found it funny. As she laughed as I was explaining that there was an object found in my food. I was so disrespected and couldn’t believe that this is who they have in charge and who is the face of there franchise. Will never order from this store and don’t recommend anyone else to order.

We were door dashing picking 2 orders up from this location and My 10 year old needed to use the restroom. He has kidney issues and can’t hold it long. So, I sent him inside to use to the restroom and the lady behind the counter told him the restrooms are out of order. There are plenty of employees inside working, are you telling me none of them have to use the restroom all day or they have no place to use the potty!? This is ridiculous! He is 10!!! It would have taken him 5 seconds to use the restroom. Its not like he is going to sleep in there or tear it up! Their customers service skills need to improve.

This location specifically: stole a 40$ tip from us luckily got refunded but still; horrible communication, foods not pleasant, atmosphere is worse than a public bathroom, we order here all the time for the convenience and always “well maybe better luck next time, maybe just had a bad day” but its just going down the slippery slopes. Picked my brother up, last minute pizza, he calls on speaker phone, young lady on the phone, I am asking specials. She seems kinda new so I ask for someone else, older woman on line. In my mind thinking I was like a pizza box with cheese bread or something like that simple. After even telling her this is not what I want my brother gets upset with me he’s hungry & me just not hearing what sounds great but okay it’s more for him anyway. He goes in it’s like$ 17.00 about he says we have to get double bread sticks for this deal, saying no who’s gonna eat them we need cheese ones. FINALLY he comes our, over it and tired he opens the bread sticks ( not cheese good ones ) as I pictured & nasty dry. Finally about 10 ish mins we get home. Still not feeling this pizza stuff cause it’s yucky, we open the box & this tops the cake.. Have not worked pizza in about 35 years personally I would never send this out. It’s burned & yucky.. great ..

Went to Pizza Hut today for the first time in years to do there Tues $2 deal. I went when my order said ready online. Got in the store the customer rep said it was not ready. Waiting 20 mins just for them to look and see that it was there ready in the hot box the entire time. When I req a refund for the cold pizza I was told there was no refunds so still bad service after all these years I guess Pizza Hut will never change

Paid about $15 for 2 20oz sodas and a chocolate chip cookie. The drink was not cold, they did not have ice to offer, there were doors for public restrooms with signs that said no public restrooms, not much room for standing when waiting a lot longer than I should have for one cookie, if I was sitting down and eating there would be people waiting standing up right next to me.
