First time here. Went around 1pm. I was excited to eat here. Pizza on buffet has been sitting awhile and is soggy. No dessert pizza on buffet. The whole time I was there they didn’t put out a new pizza and the current stale pizza on the buffet remained. Pretty sure the pizza dough is precooked and they add toppings before running it through the oven. Salad bar was also disappointing. The eggs were so hard and rubbery. Grossed me out and did not finish the salad. I feel like you might as well get a pizza from a gas station since they are using precooked dough. Ending up spending 14.00 to eat two and a half slices of pizza with a water that had a nasty taste. I was going to ask for fresh pizza but the one worker disappeared for the whole time. Literally. Disappointed and won’t return or recommend. I even left a tip as the register prompted me to . Waste of money. Do not go.

This will be a new staple restaurant for me! Tried Gambinos for the first time today with my mom and daughter. We came in and ordered 2 adult lunch buffets and 1 kids buffet. It’s very reasonably priced. The lady at the front who we later found out owns the establishment along with her husband chatted with us for a bit. She asked if there was a special pizza we would like made to be put on the buffet and she got it right in the oven! She brought it straight to the table from the oven and served us before placing it on the line then proceeded to do the same when the apple pie dessert pizza came out. The salad bar was well stocked with all the toppings and the lettuce was fresh and crisp. We will be back to try more things on their menu in the near future! Thank you for the great experience in your establishment.

We are so very impressed by the pride of ownership and exceptional operation skills evident when we’ve eaten here. Great atmosphere and solid pizza offerings, the owners clearly take pride in customer experience, cleanliness and food quality, even stopped by the tables to visit with random diners like us.
We’ve visited at both lunch and dinner hours and loved it. Lunch buffets are really hard to pull off well for any restaurant and Gambino’s Checotah makes it look easy!! Hot, fresh pizzas, cheese sticks and salad were spot on and resupplied constantly.

Such a wonderful lunch experience! Our group came in after a Color Guard competition. Food was fresh and hot, the girl was so friendly, and even asked for recommendations for the buffet. If we lived here, we’d be here every week. Thanks for a great experience.

Ordered 2 pizzas, calzone, and 2 sandwiches. Asked for no peppers or onions on one pizza and made sure they got that because we live outside of town. Got our order home and found peppers, a hair in the calzone, and sandwiches had one slice of meat on each of them. Super disappointing

Gambino’s in Checotah is highly under utilized in my opinion. I ordered the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and was very pleased. I don’t do pasta dishes much at home, so on occasion I will indulge when we go out. I was not disappointed and ate every bite. Super good!

We had a great experience at Gambino’s! The salad bar was fresh and filled. The breadsticks were soft and cheesy, the sandwich was delicious, and the pizza was out of this world. It was just as good reheated the next day. The restaurant was very clean and the employees were cleaning while we were there. Very impressive and we WILL be back!

We have tried several times to give the restaurant a chance on the Wednesday night buffet. Tried again tonite and still no better. Salad bar was great finally put out a couple pizzas after we finished the salad. Did not put out any cheese sticks or dessert pizza. If I’m going to pay $33 for two adults and a small child I expect more than three pizzas put out. Won’t try again !!

It was that good. Not just because of Quarentine. It’s that good. We ordered a special, large 1 topping and 14 in calzone with 3 drinks. It came to less than $30.00.
There was no one else there, a few tables open. The people working were super friendly and the women behind the counter was the best. We are extremely indecisive. I am so very sorry. She was completely helpful and totally calm the whole time. Such a rare thing…
The pizza was cooked perfectly and contained the perfect cheese/sauce ratio.
The only thing I wish, there was a special on the Specialty Pizzas. That’s it. Call me picky.
