Found this gem in Denning New Mexico and let me tell you it was beyond words. I believe it’s family owned everyone was so welcoming I do love finding spots like this. If you are traveling by this way please stop by you will not be disappointed I promise.

Menudo is has great taste. Food flavor is definitely a 5/5. Drinks are not the greatest. Only one server attending to everyone so it was not easy to gets requests done at a reasonable time. Definitely felt like a family run business, warm atmosphere.

I had to try the Menudo here and I am so glad I did. The menudo was as delicious as what my mother made. The waitress treated us like family. I will stop by here from now on. Just to try every item on the menu.

We found this restaurant during our business travels and it is so delicious. Fresh food at a great price. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

The building is a bit dated. The food and service were excellent.

It is a small place. Tables were available and we were greeted and seated immediately. The server took our drink orders and gave us time to browse the menu as this was our first time here.

The order was taken and delivered in a timely fashion. Hot fresh and delicious.

I will return when in the area. I recommend for a good Mexican style breakfast.

It’s trite to say “authentic “ but well. It tasted unlike my standard TexMex food places. Not a “Tex” anywhere on the menu! Simple but savory.

The only reason I gave 3 stars is for the service, they were very friendly, greeted me with smiles, and brought out the food in a timely manner. However, the food wasn’t great at all. Their beef tasted disgusting, it was gritty, and looked like it had not completely mashed potatoes mixed in it, so they could save money. This potato beef mixture was in a taco, I paid $16 and didn’t even eat everything. Didn’t eat the last taco, and their “burrito” was just a tortilla with chicken inside, no beans, rice, onions, or cilantro. Not to mention it was the size of a McDonald’s sausage, egg burrito. Very small, and the meat was very dry. I used two entire to go cups of salsa just to eat the little I did. I didn’t finish the so called burrito either. This food, either they racially profiled me because I’m white, or they don’t know what Mexican food is. I hope they just profiled me, because this wasn’t good Mexican food whatsoever. I strongly recommend that nobody come here for Mexican food, I should’ve known when they had on their sign Mexican and American food that I’d disappoint myself…..Garbage

Best posole and menudo in town! And you can’t go wrong with the chips and salsa while you wait. I’ll be back again and again. Closed Sundays so get your fix early.

Haven’t been in for a while and although I like the new tables, the Pozole was just OK today. The broth is usually very good, but today it was just ok and kinda bland.
