There’s only one person working, and this young woman is so sweet and is working so hard. I’ve been standing here for over 10 minutes, there are 2 people in front of me, and a huge family behind me. The owner of the franchise needs to start investing on his business, and offering his employees the support they need.

I would give it a zero out of 5 but I can’t do that. It clearly states on google that the subway is closed at 8. I went in to order sandwiches and there’s nobody there, then a guy comes up front and says he’s close. In reality he’s just lazy and doesn’t want to make the sandwiches. That’s a disappointment and such a waste of food. Also the correct hours we’re updated by the business a week ago, unacceptable!

Worst Subway ever! Not only did they get my Uber order wrong MULTIPLE TIMES in the past, this time they did even get the order correct (wrong bread and not toasted as instructed, etc). Spanish or english speaking you do this every week. It is your job! If you don’t like it, do something else! Why do I have to toast MY OWN SANDWICH when its clearly stated in my order. To top this off, my uber delivery person thought the place was closed. You are open until 9pm! It was 7:00. They were too busy ignoring their job and rushed my order when Uber got there. I have called the place as well and no one answers. I wonder why. I am never ordering from there again.

It was a Friday at 1pm and they only had one employee, we had to wait for over 20min in line…. employee would remove the mask all the time and of course was not being friendly due to the stress of the situation (or something else, who knows!?). Management is horrible! I’ll never go back!

The worst subway I have ever been. I got there on July 10, 2019 at 12.30 pm. There was an average height, strong, light Afroamerican lady with a really awful attitude. I ordered the first footlong for my kids, and then I ordered the other footlong for my husband and me. Instead of preparing mine, the lady took the order for the guy behind me. When she took the sandwich out of the oven, it turned to be that it was not my order. It was for the guy behind me. Thinking that it was still mine, I told her what veggies to put in. At that moment, I realised that it was not for us. I asked the lady and she told me it was not my sandwich but the next customer. When finally they took our sub out of the oven, bacon was not in the sandwich.
Obviously, the guy behind me was angry. It seems to be he is a friend or relative one of the ladies who were working in that shift.
How can a clerk be so disrespectful and at the same time get angry because I called her attention for the ingredient that was missing in my sandwich. She is too far from being a nice clerk. Next time I will go to Mall of America, subway won’t be my option for lunch.

How is this subways advertised as a drive through?? It’s inside of a outdated mall from the 70s!! Not even the reviews make sense, someone posted pictures of some rotten wood statue to hide the horrible reviews this subways that’s the worst in miami..lol

This experience is really dissapoinet for me. The cashier her name is Nolandra is rude.
Im waiting more then 20 minutes and the ladies never said hi. Just regret for the order online. And keep continues regret and said some world in “spanish”. “Hay este no va a dejar de sonar”.
I’m management a restaurant and always going to Subway to eating. Because I love the food. But this experience is really bad for the business.
Just re.training the people. Their working.
