Cooking has always been a passion of mine and now I get to share that passion with the world! I make delicious food with an exotic flavors. Doing competition BBQ was fun and I won some awards but It’s not just BBQ! I put my heart into everything I make and strive to make a lasting memory with the flavor and freshness that will leave you wanting more! Our small town deserves that, not just picky judges! I love our small town and the people in it! I hope Gilchrist enjoys my food as much as I enjoy making it!

Driving through this morning headed to Medford and stopped here for breakfast and some coffee. I am so happy that I did! The young lady serving was kind and helpful. The atmosphere is cozy and fun with wood carvings everywhere. The chicken fried steak was a real steak, delicious. The hash browns were crispy and perfectly cooked. The coffee was wonderful. 10/10!! I’ll definitely stop here again. Support this local spot! You’ll be glad you did.

We popped in for an early dinner. Unfortunately my first selection was not available, apparently the truck with their food order had not come. Our server was very sweet and apologetic about menu items that were not available. My third option was the brisket sandwich, which was melt in your mouth delicious. The smoke flavor of the brisket was very tasty. The sidewinder chips were perfect, so good! We will be dropping in again! Thank you for a lovely meal.

This is a great restaurant in a virtual food desert that is Hwy 97. We had the smoked brisket sando and the pulled pork sando. Both were really excellent: generous portions of tender, juicy meat, nice ciabatta roll, creative fillings. The staff were polite, friendly and attentive. The price reasonable and atmosphere relaxed.

We saw the photos on Facebook and the food looked great. I asked a friend if they had ever been there and they said no that a friend of there friend said it was not very good. So we went anyways and they were correct. I had waffles and asked for crispy bacon and the waffle was cold and the bacon not cooked very much. I had to ask them to take it back and cook it some more. The waitress was not happy about it. Will not ever go back and will tell everyone how disappointed I was about the food. The waitress was not very friendly and we got our own menus. The only time she was friendly was when she asked if we were ready to pay.

What a great spot for dinner! We came in and had a delicious meal for a family of 4. There is a kids menu for $8 each, chicken tenders, grilled cheese or cheeseburger sliders with fries. We had the pulled pork and brisket sandos – they hit the spot and were made fresh to order. All meat is smoked on the premises and is full bodied in flavor without being dry. Try the strawberry lemonade- it’s the perfect combo with a delicious homemade sandwich!

Service was friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was quaint and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Love this lil diner ! Apparently going to new hours. Maps says they close at 8 on Thursday but the hours board when we got there said 6:30 so you might want to check ahead. Great place to eat ! Service is always great!
