La specialità della casa è il pesce crudo e cotto. Abbiamo scelto di fare Cucina mediterranea e Sushi con ingredienti di Alta Qualità. Per chi ama la cucina mediterranea di Pesce e o il Sushi e la Cucina Giapponese, questo è il posto ideale. La vera novità sta nel fatto che ognuno può scegliere di gustare i piatti che preferisce, spaziando tra la cucina mediterranea ed il Sushi. Utilizziamo prevalentemente prodotti del territorio e, dove non è possibile fare ciò, cerchiamo le filiere che ci garantiscano la massima qualità: sempre. I nostri condimenti sono costituiti esclusivamente da Olio di Oliva ed Olio Extravergine di Oliva provenienti dalla Riviera Ligure di ponente.

Owner thinks he is some celebrity chef but subconsciously knows that when you call him to ask for something he asks silly questions like “is the good edible” “our portions are abundant” (when in fact they aren’t at all)

Also a rude reply to a review does not make it better. If there is no service after 10pm, just state that the restaurant is closed for new customers from 10pm on, or whatever you see fit to close the kitchen. Specifying a time after that is a false statement.
