For a sub sandwich it was pretty good. No complaints but just a suggestion on my part, one of the two subs I purchased one was a Ruben, it needed a little more Thousand Island dressing to keep it from being a little dry but was still flavorful!

I’ve lived in Hickory for years and had never been here before today. Shame on me because the sandwich was amazing! I got a large #19 with mayo and mustard, but no tomatoes or onions. I had no idea how much sandwich I had ordered! I will be taking the second half home.
The gentleman at the counter was very nice and helpful, and he did a fantastic job putting the sandwiches together.
It was not busy during Saturday afternoon and the aethstetic is old fashioned but clean. Nice place and my husband and I will definitely be back!

Food is good that’s why we come here. But staff at this location sux. They don’t guide you through the process. I saw them disrespect a elderly lady in front of us and then they dealt with us the same. Don’t go here. Maybe to go but not inside. Dirty too. I would fire everyone and start over. Seemed like they were on drugs in there.

I ordered a salad with chicken tomatoes onions eggs cheese and I paid extra for the bacon only to walk home in the heat to find no cheese in my salad. Customer service is a plus in places like this. This was my second visit since I moved to Hickory 2 years ago. This was my last visit.

This place is amazing! A group of eight firefighters walked in the door and there was already 6 or 7 lined up waiting. Did bother the single worker one bit! Turns out he was the only employee to show up for work today and he chose to open and serve his customers all by himself. Not a single complaint or gripe he just kept right on working without missing a beat and only way we knew the others hadn’t showed for work was because we ask. We got excellent service with amazing food. Thank you Sir!

I am always waiting on my food, I call in and pre-order to get it at the time I requested it, but still have to wait 10 mind after my scheduled pick up time and that is really annoying bc I go on my lunch break, which waiting for so long on them to come to the window just about make me late goin bk to work. They need to work on their customer service for call ins and at the window. This is the springs address location BTW.

Hot diggity dog! I didn’t think I would ever find one of these places ever again! They were shutdown all over Hampton Roads area and SE NC “Wilmington” & haven’t seen one since. But much to my surprise good ol’ Hickory NC has them. Same great taste! Same great smell! Same great service! When I want a sub only this place will get my money! Thank you Hickory!
