I really wanted to love this place because it’s absolutely adorable, and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the desserts didn’t quite live up to their beautiful presentation—they were bland and lacked flavor, and the panini was decent, but it didn’t feel worth the $15 price tag.

I also purchased a few small savory hand pies at $8 each and shared them with a small construction crew. Their feedback was overwhelmingly positive—the pies were flavorful, delicious, and a real hit. That has me excited to try a full-size savory pie for dinner (around $30 but on the small side), and I’m hoping my experience is just as good.

The prices are a bit steep, but if the savory pies are as good as everyone says—and as hard to find as they are—it feels like a worthwhile treat now and then.

️ Highly recommend the delicious frozen food options for a homemade dinner—saving time after a busy day without sacrificing quality or flavor! The savory pies are a “must try”.

Highly recommend this charming bistro like bakery. The desserts are delicious and fresh way above usual standard fare. Folks are kindly and generous and the addition of greeting cards knickknacks and some packaged foods gives it an all around European/Maine vibe. They even offer daily soups with generous portions which are delish too. All around definitely worth a stop. Boy that pumpkin pie ooh La La.

Such a cute place. Don’t pass by. The best coffee I have had on this vacation, including Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. Yummy savory breakfast items. I forgot to take a picture before we ate our quiche and sausage rolls. We also shared an oatmeal maple cream pie, it was huge and delicious. We got a chocolate peanut butter bar to go. I highly recommend this place. Friendly owners too!

Fantastic European bakery/bistro in Searsport! Prices are reasonable for items, and there is a huge variety of selection! Be sure to check out the art and other locally made items.

Plus, the owners are just flat out wonderful people. Awesome spot!

Great little gift shop and bakery. The baked goods are all made in house and taste as good as they look. We had a cappuccino and a spinach/artichoke hand pie. Raspberry/cheese strudel was delicious. Brought some taramisu home, haven’t tried it yet! Plan on going back for some morning coffee and some quiche. Owner is very friendly and also owns the Rio restaurant next door.

3 hand pies all different sizes from 6-3 inches. $7.00 each. 12oz chia latte (that I dumped out because it was not good) came to around $31. Meat pies have very little filling and again not big. I will not go back.

Perfect stop on the drive between Bar Harbor and Camden. Plenty of food options to choose from. Both savory and sweet. The sausage roll was unique and really good.

We stopped here on our way to Bar Harbor and didn’t know what to expect, but we were hungry so we stopped.
We were impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment, the decor and the friendliness of the owner and were blown away by the paninis.
The food was fresh, and delicious. My husband had a turkey panini and I had bacon, cheese, tomato and onion panini. Each came with chips and we added seltzer.

I wish we lived closer because it would be a go to for us.
Sadly I didn’t take a picture of the food because we dug in immediately.

Make this a stop when traveling this area. You will not be disappointed.

Delicious sausage roll. Excellent coffee. Friendly service. I’m sure all of the pastries are wonderful. We just didn’t have room in our bellies to try them all.
