Let me say…the reviews are spot on. From the moment I called to place my order until I received my delivery… fantastic customer service. I haven’t even got to the Deep Dish Chicago Style. Sauce was perfect. Not too sweet, just right. Doreen’s, you have got it going on! I live down in Springfield but will make the trip back up again and will bring some friends. Thank you again for knowing how to do food and service right!

Pizza was dry. I got a deep dish and it seemed like the only thing that was seasoned was the sausage meat. Reccomended by a family member but I wasn’t blown away. I would just get capris.

I’m really frustrated that my orders are still not being sealed properly. I have requested multiple times that seals be placed on the pizza boxes, and after six orders this still hasn’t happened.
Every time I call, I’m told, “Yeah, I’ll tell them about it,” but nothing changes. This is a food safety issue. I use delivery services, and unsealed food creates an unnecessary risk for customers. There are a lot of crazy people out here, and you never know who might tamper with someone’s food. Other restaurants take simple precautions to protect customers’ food, so I don’t understand why this location refuses to do the same. If you don’t want to purchase seal labels, seal it with some packing tape.
Since my concerns haven’t been taken seriously and the issue still isn’t fixed, I will no longer be ordering from here and will not be recommending this restaurant to others.
If you care about your food being sealed and handled safely, this is not the place to order from.

This would have been 5’s across the board, the pizza was a 10, the delivery driver was great but I did not get my Doreens dollar which would have given me 5 for my next order. The owner said he would make it rite on the next order and they did not and just lost a 20+ yr customer because of bad customer service.

Well so far from my experience with this location of Doreen‘s pizzeria I must say meeting the owner was first the great part of this experience. Also the employees within the establishment that I had encountered gave me a comfortable feeling to be around such a atmosphere like Doreen’s. They definitely give off a feeling of family and community type of aspects. From what I have observed the service seems to be at par and is highly recommended if you are in need to get your food done right and precise , punctual with the quality of taste , then Doreen‘s pizzeria located in Hegewisch will definitely be your pick. I’ve only had the honors to try their slices and can only wait to taste the rest of the menu. Go check it out and let them know that SCREECHY F. BABY sent you there to check out they slices and unique style of crust. Don’t miss out. Maybe one day I’ll see you there!!!!

I love the pizza but am tired of my order being wrong and bad customer service. I had an issue that the owner said he would fix it but the hegwich store refused to do. The Final straw of bad service and 20 + years of being a customer.
