Pros:
-Quality food at a great price point. I come here to enjoy a savory Italian beef, well dipped, with fries and the occasional slice of thin crust. The food is well seasoned and the portion sizes are very fair.
-Customer service from the front desk. The staff is friendly, and will greet you in either English or Spanish.
-A clean and accessible bathroom. 🙂
Cons:
-Small upcharge on card transactions.
-The pizza is made using a real pizza oven, which is great for the tastebuds; however, it warms the place up pretty good during the summer. Outdoor seating would be nice.

I usually order from Naples on Ashland I just now for the first time order here by luck and OMG it’s so much better than the one on Ashland . I thought I was ordering from Naples on Ashland the lady was so nice I ended ordering from the western Naples. Now my new favorite. Pizza on point flavor and the pepperoni is on top instead of the inside which is a plus.

Grabbed a pie here to share with a buddy and it was okay. Crust tasted like a biscuit. Personally I think if they would specialize in breakfast pizzas then I would give them ten stars. But with so many other delicious options for pizza in Chicago especially along that Western Ave corridor, I probably won’t be back here again.

There’s no sauce in the mostaccioli, the meatballs taste weird. The garlic bread does not even taste remotely close to garlic bread. The jalapeño poppers are cold and the breading is mushy. I wish I could get my money back. I won’t be visiting this place again, it was my first and only time.

Half way through eating my pizza I called them to let them know that i found a piece of metal on my pizza, they told me to contact the app that I ordered from. When I did, the app customer service told me that this store wanted me to bring the pizza and replace it with another pizza with no partial refund or anything. I don’t want to risk getting another piece of metal in my pizza just for the store to tell me again that they will replace it and i will have to drive another 20 mins to exchange it.

I order a pizza half pepperoni half pineapple and jalepenos they send me only 5 slices of jalapenos lol when it should be half and with a thick pizza crust that i hate instead of thin the girl didn’t even ask me and to top it of she never ask me how i wanted to pay…? There service sucks!!!

Don’t get me wrong the food is good, but the service itself isn’t great. They have a bad habit of messing up orders too often and mix orders up with others. It’s frustrating, because it’s happened way too often at this location… It takes long for them to even deliver most of the time to the point where we have to call them again to remind them. A person can tell them repeatedly what they ordered and they still somehow mess it up. The people are nice but I really think that they need to find a way to get better when it comes down to the orders and deliveries. I’m honestly hoping that they find a way to improve it…It’s really surprising that costumers have been complaining about the service itself throughout the years, but there haven’t been any changes in improving it…

Popped in for a quick bite as I waited for my bus. Service is A1, the woman working the front is very attentive and has it on lock. The food also came out pretty fast. I just ordered fries with a cup of cheese but still, fries were fresh and the cheese was hot. Fast, reliable service with food to match. Definitely recommend for anyone in the area
