We did the drive thru around 11 am. There was 1 person waiting there when we arrived. It took 10 more minutes after we ordered for him to get his food. Then it took another 10 minutes for us to get our food. Weird because we parked and sat to eat outside right away and our burgers were cold. 3 people working the restaurant.

This is by far the worst Jack in the box I’ve personally ever visited. Do not expect them to be quick about anything, & the lobby is almost always closed. And they will close before 4pm, don’t be surprised.
Also… 8am-4pm hours???? What a joke.

This place should be renamed Joke N’ The Tahoe !! Waited well over an hour the first time I went here a few days ago 9-23-25. One order per car. You have to order then pull up and wait for your food to b made. Dining room is never open. Second time I tried, pulled up at 6pm and they’re already closed. Seriously this is a cheap fast food place. For the owner; your franchise should be pulled. Don’t waste your time apologizing. Please take it from me and go elsewhere.

Are they open or closed? Good question. Swing in and be surprised. You can’t walk in…so go to the drive through and be patient. Your good if a voice comes within 5 minutes. If not they are closed. See us later for more pro tips.

We tried to go here twice. First time we arrived at 6pm and they were closed, they closed at 4pm. The second time we arrived there was a long line in the drive thru. So we parked to go inside and then found out the doors were locked and it was drive thru only. We pulled into line to wait. After a few minutes the car in front us decided not to wait any longer and pulled away. We pulled up in line. Thankfully we hadn’t entered far enough as we waited another 5 minutes and none of the cars moved. We decided to pull away and never did order. We pulled over to look for an actual burger place to eat at. After a few minutes we found one and got going. As we passed the Jack in the Box the same pickup was in line that we saw when we pulled in. Very unfortunate for this location.
