It was busy and they were backed up which is understandable, Ciara was very pleasant and nice in helping and giving good timing on orders but the other young lady with a pony tail they had in the front was very rude to customers in person and over the phone. She would give them misleading information.she definitely needs to be retrained or put in the back because you will lose business behind her attitude. The wait isn’t the problem but good customer is definitely necessary. Again Ciara was very helpful and pleasant.

At first, I had an issue with the pizzas that were made example no sauce on the pizza. I contacted Pizza Hut to Voice my dissatisfaction. Upon the manager finding out about this, she went above and beyond to rectify the issue. Katrina reassured me that she takes her customers issues seriously. I have to say the pizzas that were made when she was present in the store was phenomenal. She alone made it that I will definitely return to that Pizza Hut. She talks to customers with Kindness and respect. I know I said it in the store, but thank you again for rectifying the issue and the great pizza.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza online from this place, I haven’t been to a pizza hut in years actually especially since they’ve been going downhill. Going inside I noticed there was a line so I waited patiently while an employee was having a conversation with the person in front of my over a order mishap. When it came to my turn the employee allowed someone to just cut in front of me, who was picking up her order despite the fact there were 3 others behind me. Regardless of that I went up to pick up my order which would later become one of the most dry, disgusting, cheap pizzas of my life making little Caesars 10x better which it is. Also why would an employee be asking for a tip when I’m picking up the pizza, if you want a tip come deliver it to my house why are you going to look disappointed when I say no, this isn’t a restaurant. Wait was way too long for mid 2/10 pizza never coming back

My grandson and I were just in there. Nothing special I ordered the Big box meal and soda. Got home to find my pasta was missing. I called it took 3 x to get a person after a long wait Only to get hung up or transferred to no one answering I was explaining they didn’t fill my order. Called back again and waited for a person to answer AND AGAIN put me on hold and no answer. I had to send my boys back to get it. Let’s see what happens as a senior disrespectful behavior is unacceptable! Spent over $32 and won’t be there again.

Worst place to get pizza ever!! Ordered a pizza to be delivered and waited over an hour! Called the place and was told that they were aware of it sitting there for an hour did not notify us about any issues with delivery. We drive out to pick up said pizza and the entire staff is messing around not doing anything. The so called manager stood there complaining that he had to answer to upset customers who were waiting over an hour for their food. This honestly is the worst Pizza Hut in the area! On top of it all we did not get any discount or our delivery refunded! Also food is disgusting!

I have ordered from this location on multiple occasions as I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and a chance to show what they’re worth. I don’t think even once my order has been correct or on time or not a hassle. I have never seen a store that runs like this one. I have been told they have no delivery driver I have been told they have no manager I have been told they have to lock the door at 4:00 in the afternoon because no one came to work. It’s been like this for years. At what point will you guys step up and do something about it? I actually ordered tonight your website said 25 minutes I’ve been waiting over an hour and still have no food however it says my food was made over a half an hour ago. So I can only assume that by the time it gets here from a third party delivery service that it will be ice cold.

The worse Pizza Hut in the area! Avoid at all cost. I placed my order an hour in advanced by phone after sitting on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back just for them to pick up and listen with nothing to say. They have the website setup for new customers to call and verify, which they claim the order was never received. So I placed my order over the phone once the young fella decided to speak. I came to pick it up and they said the oven is down. We didn’t even receive a courtesy call or anything. The door was locked at 8:40pm. They didn’t offer an alternative, or a way to make things right on a future order. Although after this experience I would advise people to avoid them. They definitely lost a customer. After all of these mishaps, I wouldn’t be surprised if they did weird things to the food.

Besides the order not being right, the place is a mess. I ordered a personal pan, breadsticks and a drink for my daughter. She forgot to put in the pizza. Tables are filled with left over crumbs, the napkins aer laying on top of napkin holder. I actually asked the employee, shall I place these napkins in the container. She said she would get it. It’s still not done. i see laziness. As owners, I would want my place immaculate and presentable. Clean and organized. I’ll manage this place!

Pizza Hut in Whitehall PA really stays committed to consistency… consistently messing something up. At this point, it’s impressive how every visit something goes wrong. Cold food, missing items, equipment “not working,” so unable to order certain things or undercooked pizza — it’s like a surprise box, but not the fun kind. Pizza Hut in Whitehall should either hire people who care or just close the doors already. Enter at your own risk.

I have many amazing memories of dining in at a Pizza Hut. This was not one of them. This place did not have cups with their 2L bottles; my brother and I drove to the Dollar Tree down the street and bought cups for our family. My mom wanted chili flakes with her pizza, and when I asked the person at the front, she brought them and said “u gotta pay for em”. Since when do you have to pay for chili flakes at a Pizza Hut? Granted the girls working said it’s their first day, but what abhorrent service. For shame. Stock up on some cups!!!!!
