I went in there order a lattee drive thru 7.84 w bagel .change $2.16 after git my items lady said you owe $2.16 that was my change. Then I drive home and what I order wasn’t it.i called they hit nasty said oh your lattee wasn’t ready it’s still here.it was a mistake as.sje was laughing. Said u want it got drive back so I did 30 min later get back she gave me the old lattee was cold sitting there I recorded the whole thing and took pictures of the two people involved. They were nasty said different people everyday get over it was a mistake. The day before got the same thing and the guy in front of me got my lattee I got his coffee we both walked in exchanged it .but today it took all I had w out flipping out on the two kids that thought they were very funny today will post the whole video

I have breakfast at DD several times a week from different locations . This is the worst wrap I’ve ever gotten. Nothing makes me angrier than to waste money on lousy food. So greasy can’t even finish.

Just want to shout out everyone working today.. we had a nasty storm last night and when we came the computers were not working and immediately I thought it would be a nightmare.. it was not we were greeted outside by a man who took our order. The line was moving and even though all of this was going on my order was correct and everyone was super friendly and smiling. They could have closed or had an attitude about adjusting but they figured out how to keep everything moving.

Worst dunkin location. I really avoid going to this location but whenever i go there their food is the worst. Got cappuccino and it was empty cup with just foam in it. Got egg and cheese croissant and it was filled with pork inside. What a waste of money.

Go inside and choose your donuts. You’ll see small flies sitting on top of them. The flies especially liked sitting on the glazed donuts. We informed a clerk who showed no interest in the fly problem.
We went into a different, spotless Dunkin and found that the 1st one just needed to keep the drive thru window closed to avoid having flies. Apparently, it’s a known issue, but a gross one.

After moving to a new area, I had to switch Dunkin locations and I was skeptical as not all Dunkin’s are the same. They made my drink perfect, food was made right & most importantly the associates were so kind!
