Warning there was mold in my coffee at the bottom of my cup and I got really sick. Also the sandwich was stale and had a weird taste this is second time coming here and the last !! Be aware don’t eat or drink here!

I went through the drive thru and ordered an iced coffee, bacon egg and cheese croissant and hash browns and everything was OK except the sandwich. There was no cheese on it and the bacon was black in spots. It was completely inedible. I’m not sure why the sandwich wasn’t like at before being given to a costumer like that but it’s very disappointing.

Placed a mobile order for in store pick up here a few weeks ago and my order was ready before I even got there which was great because I was able to grab and go. I ordered a Ice Chai Tea Latte and it was well made. The store is very neat and tidy and I would come back again.

This place is always super busy. But they always get my order right even when I have modifications. And they remember who I am so I just have to pull up & they know my order. Their iced coffees are so delicious & creamy. They’re also pretty fast considering they’re super busy.

Made my coffee so damn nasty, went back and tried to get it remade. All they did was put my coffee in a different cup and gave it back to me. Still tasted the say way the first time and they even added more granulated sugar that I was able to feel in my ice coffee when ever I tasted it.p

I’ve been a long time patron of Dunkin’ Donuts (over 20 years) and I’ll always choose Dunkin before any other spot but the service myself and mother experienced today (4/16/25 around 11:45 am) had me at a loss for words. First off, in the drive thru area there is no trash receptacles except for after you receive your order and pulling ahead near the doorway. I haven’t been there for a couple of years (I moved a state south) by was in the area and we stopped for coffee and sandwiches. I was surprised to see a familiar face, as I used to be a regular and said hello, got my app scanned and paid. I had a coffee I was done with (still Dunkin) and asked if he could toss it in the trash and this dude got such an attitude and told me I should have thrown it out when I was at home…seriously!! And then had the audacity to repeat himself after I said I had it after I left home and said it $5 more for him to toss it and had an attitude while saying it ♀️ never have I ever dealt with this type of foolishness. It either yeah sure or no we can’t, but to say some bs like that is just baffling to me. I’m glad I don’t come to this location anymore and I’ll make sure to stay away from this one from now on if I ever happen to be in the area.
