Customer service is really bad. The ice cream looks old and not covered. The cashier charged me over the price listed on their menu, when I asked why she was over charging she said the menu on the wall was old and out of date and she said “plus tax” I asked for a detailed receipt she said she didn’t have any paper on her printer. So do not expect to pay the price advertised on their wall, the cashier will charge you whatever she wants and she will be rude about it. No wonder the store is empty with no customers in. When I open my fruit order the fruit was old and smashed. I do not recommend this place.

You walk and see exotic chips from mexico and candy….then you see the prices of the ice cream,corn in a cup,chips loaded.not every good prices….
There is no corn in a cup worth more than 2.50. There asking for like 6 bucks with extras….might as well get in n out burger for that price. I’m Latino I know what it’s worth I would love to buy this stuff 3 or 4 times a week but the prices are out of this world. But the gansito ice cream was food …but still need to drop the price on that ice cream. Wait I forgot customer service : wemon are pretty but there customer service sucks. I know u don’t speak English but at least make an effort in Spanish.

Extremely poor customer service came to cash my brothers check asked a simple question to see if my mom could cash her check as well and the man (the owner) said “is your moms name insert: my brothers name”, in a snarky voice for no apparent reason other than his own displeasure. I said “It’s our mom though she can cash it too no?” He then handed my brothers check back and said go to another place with your attitude. I took my check and walked away as he continued to be unprofessional and rude. We left and will not come back. He is rude and has terrible customer service gets angry over a simple question.

I would leave it at one but I liked how they had Mexican chips and candy. The lady with the black hair who is older serving ice cream is rude and expecting some decent ice cream since it’s a neviera. Don’t get a banana split. You’re better off with a scope or going to baskin robins. Also ask for the type of cone or topping you want because she doesn’t ask you.

The employees in this place are careless. I went there because I was looking for the traditional Mexican ice cream but it was a bad experience. The lady that serves the ice cream there is rude and with a nasty attitude! She didn’t wanted to answer questions and seemed as if she hated her job! Rude short lady! I don’t recommend this place at all…

This is one if my favorite ice cream shops! They have a variety of ice cream but the families favorite is all the Mexican style stuff like tostilocos, chamoyadas, chamangos…etc Awesome service and can even send money, recharge phone cards…one stop yum shop!
