The food itself has shrunk but the prices have grown. A whopper jr or chicken little take about 3 bites. The place looks run down & dirty. They clearly have only done service cleaning for years now. It takes a very long time to get order no matter if your in drive thru or inside.

This Burger King has a love-hate relationship with its customers. The food is always good. Fresh and 9/10 times amazing. The downside comes from the staff. Regardless of business you’ll always be told to drive around at the Drive-thru. Doesn’t matter if you’re the only car or the last car. It doesn’t even matter if you order 1 sandwich or 5, you’re being asked to pull around. That wouldn’t be so bad if there wasn’t a 10-15 minute wait for food no matter what. There’s also this one old lady who I’m going to assume is a manager or shift lead, but she’s NEVER in a good mood. She’s very dull with her tone and sounds like you’re bothering her by giving the restaurant business. I get it, working in fast food and retail is very tiring and all but come on. I shouldn’t feel like I made someone upset just because I wanted a sandwich.
But I could ignore all of that if it wasn’t for the Drive-thru issue. That should at least be addressed.

The problem was we werenthe only ones in the drive-thru but we still had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for our order that half was reheated in a microwave when they could have made fresh food.

I got chicken fries and they forgot to put mine an my husband’s ranch so no biggy I walked into the store to get some, and when I asked the manager lady said I put them in the bag, so I said no that’s why I came in, she said then it’s .32 cents for EXTRA……. SO RUDE! when I didn’t get any to begin with. That’s so petty an ridiculous. I understand conserving an all that but when she pretty much said I was lieing. That was uncalled for so even though the food was awesome, we will not be back.

Fast food restaurant usually are kind of dirty, but this one was the cleanest, pleasant quiet atmosphere. Employees clean decent-looking, courteous, and accomodating. Employee taking order was so nice and patient, smiling with green hazel eyes (listen to the song, Green-eyed Lady!). If you need a fast bite, don’t mind if I do wolf down a BK double Whopper.

Worst service ever. Charity is extremely rude. My order was wrong and I didn’t receive half of it. I was charged for the wrong value meal but the manager wouldn’t hear it. She slammed the drive-thru window on me and called me a liar. Corporate throws you useless coupons. They’ll never get my money again. Go to McDonald’s. They know what customer service is.

Should not even give 1 star. Very disappointed that they would not take my online coupon because it was not on my app and instead was a screenshot. Although I understand this may be more difficult to do, the least they could have done was given me the discount either way. Have never had a problem at any other one. I will definitely not be back!
