Food is good and their is lots of options to mix and match on top of premade bowls and pitas if you wanna try something new! Service is amazing and they help you through any moment your unsure of what to get , always fast, not too busy. As for atmosphere, they always have such up beat and chill music going, gives a nice and relax feel to the place!

This was my first time ever coming to cava and I absolutely loved it. I went to the one in owasso on 96th street. But above all things I have to say thank you so very much to lexie who helped me with my order and helped explain things and was very patient with me. She was absolutely amazing. Thank you Lexie!!!! I will for sure be back. Oh and their cucumber mint lime juice is to die for.

I had an incredible experience at CAVA, and it’s largely thanks to Claire, an absolute rockstar employee! Her warm energy and attention to detail made our visit unforgettable. Claire went above and beyond, customizing our bowls with spot-on recommendations and ensuring every ingredient was fresh and flavorful. She checked in with us a few times making sure our meal was perfect from start to finish. The food was delicious—vibrant and fresh,but Claire’s exceptional service truly elevated the experience. CAVA is lucky to have her, and I can’t wait to return!

Me and my daughter(dressed as the Grinch for Grinch day at school) visited Cava for the first time today and had the best experience ever! Staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was perfect! Highly recommend! The tall skinny guy that served us was amazing!

Went in to CAVA today before work. Was immediately greeted by Jameson.. He was very kind and friendly and informative about the menu.. He shared new menu items and even gave me a very descriptive idea about what flavors and spices were in each. He made my experience wonderful. Thanks Jameson.! I crafted my own bowl.! I have balsamic rice, super greens, spicy harissa chicken, corn, tomato, and onion and parsley, ziti dressing, spicy red pepper hummus, with a blue berry soda. 10 stars on food options, and service. Definitely will be back time and time again.

My daughter and I stopped here to try something new as a pre-game meal. The staff were patient and kind. They explained the meal options and calmly walked us through the possibilities. They even gave us samples, allowing us to truly try the food, making sure we enjoyed our choices. She got a pita and I got a bowl. They were both delicious and flavorful! All of the staff were extremely friendly and understanding. Thank you! 100% will go again!

I visit CAVA often, and it’s easily one of my favorite spots in town! The employees are always so friendly and helpful, which makes every visit a great experience. I’m usually greeted by Jamison, and it’s clear he truly takes pride in what he does.
Today, I watched him help a couple of customers with gluten allergies—answering all their questions with patience and a smile. It’s refreshing to see an employee who genuinely cares about both the food and the people he serves.
The food is always fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is just as welcoming. So grateful to have CAVA right here in our community!

We went there for our first time last week and we were so impressed with the selections! Jamison was very helpful with explaining all the choices and helping us pick out everything that we wanted. At the Owasso location the restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and the food was amazing! We will definitely be going back!

Lexi, Heather, and Jamison were extremely friendly and helpful! I’ve only eaten here once before and wasn’t sure about it, but Jamison built me a delicious bowl tonight and helped make the experience chill while also personalized! The dining room is very clean with plenty of seating available and the noise wasn’t too bad but I couldn’t hear much through the ringing in my ears anyways highly recommended for vegetarians as their menu is SUPER friendly to all diets.
